The staff doesn’t seem to care about this place, which makes it the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. To put it mildly, I don’t understand how this place is in business. Whoever was cooking or making the sandwiches wasn’t in a rush at all; they seemed more concerned with their phones than actually cooperating as a team to satisfy the customers in a timely manner. Don’t come here if you’re looking to eat because you’ll have to wait a long time and still have bad food.

I WOULD NEVERRRR COME BACK HERE AGAIN !!!! Yesterday night I came and I received my food COLDDD! So I went back in the drive through and said my food cold the girl (which is the one attached to this photo that I lucky found someone else complain about ) she said “we just made the chicken sandwich “ I said bro my food is cold she gone tell the manager that I said the food was cold . So the manager came and said “I just seen her make this chicken sandwich but the fries and nuggets are cold “ I said NOOO ALL OF IT IS COLD !!! That chicken sandwich had a tiny tiny bit of a little heat ig the consider that hot? I said so the time yall brought my food which was less than a min ago my food got cold that quick ???? She kept saying “I literally just seen her make these sandwiches “ LIKE WHATTTT???? YALL MY FOOD WAS SO COLD THE BAG WAS COLD! Like come on now then once they “remade it “ the only thing they was hot was the fries and the nuggets my burgers were loop warm instead of hot idk what they did but i can tell yall right now they didn’t recook my sandwiches.
They are very unprofessional!!! Then a girl that had all this make up caked on her face was mean mugging me ,then the girl that took my order was rolling her eyes and the manager just sooo rude ! Idc how many females it is !! I AM GOING TO SAY WHAT I WANT PERIOD !!!!! How yall mad that my food cold ???? Shouldn’t I be the one mad ??? if you don’t like your job that YALLLL picked then don’t work there simple it’s definitely other industries…. If I could give them 0 stars I would giving them 1 stars is way to nice !!!! I Came around 9:00 March 6th!

The service is absolutely atrocious, the employees have a bad attitude like we as the consumer are bothering them to place a order or get additional help.
Their drink machine in the lobby has been out for weeks now, which causes issues with getting refills, since now you have to wait for an outrageous amount of time.
This location is definitely neglected and needs serious informations for it appearing to be as new as it is.

I don’t normally review but I feel this needs to be said.
The main reason this place has such a low rating is management, I was there around 12:15 on 11/22/25 and they were backed up in the drive thru and the main store. Within 5-10 mins i watched them conquer the back up and empty the drive thru and store out. Mind you in that 5-10 mins I was waiting to order my food, who wasn’t anywhere to be found when they could have used the extra hands, The Manager. From the moment I arrived to when I received my food was around 20 mins, I witness the prep tables favoring the drive thru and leaving my order on hold all while the nice lady with the glasses in the front waited patiently for them to complete it and continuously tried to push to get it done. Around the 15 minute mark the manager suddenly appeared and wandered around the main floor pushing the stuff in the drive thru then asking what my order was, again not checking on it and watching the drive thru board again. Around the 19 minute mark the prep table finally made my burger and the young lady with glasses prepped my fries so they would be warm. Without checking or verifying what was going on the Manager began scolding the young lady for not having my order out though she was working on it. It’s not the young ladies fault for the delays, if the manager actually cared she would have been pushing the back staff to put some effort into the orders at the front or jumped in herself and helped where needed instead of berating her employees in front of the customers. The place is unbearably slow but with proper management who will jump into the trenches with their team and help them grow, it could be a great place.

On most days after school, we visit this establishment to purchase a snack before embarking on our subsequent round of car rides. However, today will be our final visit. I will never contribute any further funds to this location; the service has consistently been slow, but today it was exceptionally sluggish. The young woman responsible for the front counter provided our order with severe inaccuracies. After bringing this to her attention, she exhibited an unprofessional demeanor, as if it were my fault. The fries were excessively charred, frigid, and soggy; our beverages contained three to four pieces of ice. When I requested a pack of BBQ sauce because she had not provided us with any ketchup, it appeared to significantly escalate her frustration. She seized a substantial amount of ketchup and seemingly hurled it at me. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment and suggest redirecting your funds elsewhere.

I’m not one to say something but…I’ll never come here again. The staff are extremely rude and the attitude of the manager is horrendous and unprofessional. “Olivia” is rude… WORST attitude I’ve ever witnessed in food service. Then I open my food bag and my burger was squashed like someone stepped on it several times. Fries were soggy. Didn’t give me sauce or a straw. I usually have some grace I understand it can get busy but it was dead empty in there come on now….

This was the last time I come here.. I ordered a brownie batter frosty and chili cheese fries.. it was 9:40pm. December1 2025.. I had to be at work by 10 my work was 3 minutes away.. I waited more then 15 minutes and nothing so I went back to get my refund I honked my horn and they where moving soo slow and ignoring me.. I left with out my food and without my refund.. Extremely slow the past 5 times, order wrong the past 5 times as well. Will charge you for a combo but not give you the fries. Not worth the time. Go to Arby’s down the road. At least thye get your order correct and don’t take 25 mins.

Maybe if the workers weren’t constantly on their phone and worried more about that than when the order comes up, the fries may actually be warm and not cold and soggy when I get to the counters. One worker even left halfway through taking my order to see a video that another coworker was showing her.
