My wife swears Arbys is good becasue they make everything fresh and you will wait in the drive thru lane but its worth it becasue it freshly made. I just got their big bacon cheese burger and the crispy fish sandwich, zero wait, well maybe 2 min. I already new. I got home, I live 1 mile away and both were disgusting and old. That hamburger and fish was made over an hour ago and left on the counter somewhere. $14 and some change to go straight into the trash. I swear, with the cost of fast food as much as it cost to eat in somewhere, if a fast food place would pride themselves on making fresh food to the order, they would steel all the other fast food customers. 1st and last time I will eat at Arby’s.

Just got a raw chicken sandwich. Is asked kindly if they can make another one. Probably came raw from the warehouse since I know a lot of their food is frozen. The lady that took my sandwich started laughing because she said to another employee how can you tell it’s raw when most of it is gone. Well, first of all, the raw part was toward then end of the sandwich and second. of all you didn’t even gave me the right chicken sandwich order but I decided to take because is don’t complain. People complain about Arby’s and I tried to give them a chance but please avoid this place!!! Only person inside , took 10 minutes to get the order, no sense of urgency and gave me the wrong order. This is why this place is slow!!!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches 1fry. No customers but me. Guy at drive through was Rude. Fry was cold .asked for sauce he acted like that was so hard. Never spoke with Me. If u don’t want to work look for another job. So tired of attitudes at drive through. Never seen so many young people that are so rude. Apparently no raising. Worked all my life Never did I treat customers like that. NOBODY cares. Was raised to respect others. Does anyone remember Golden rule? I was thankful to work and did my absolute best to preform on my job whatever I was doing. Don’t recommend.

This restaurant could care less about customers and are stingy with their sauces. Do not go to this place. They usually only have 2 people working and give you sauce you don’t want and act like asking for more offends them and costs them an arm and a leg. Worst customer service ever!

Food was hot and tasted good. Shake was terrible. Wasn’t even mixed properly. Inside was clean. Tables and floor were very clean. Young man taking order was coughing and sneezing all over the place. Definitely not sure if I wanted to eat there however he didn’t handle the food! Staff not too friendly

This new Arby’s in Chapin has got to step up their game or you will be out of business. Love Arby’s on Lake Murray Blvd. Go there to see how to do it right. First time at Chapin Arby’s, old, cold fries, hardly any meat on Reuben. We decided to give it another try about a month later…. even worse…. bun burned on roast beef, even less meat on Reuben. We’re not going back. Sad because we were planning on eating there often. We Arby’s, but not all of them, consistency is key. Every Chick-Fil-A you go to is consistently good. One Arby’s can be awesome and another be horrible. Step it up or you’ll be out soon. Sorry but it’s true.
Well, gave it a second try sat sep 15 2021. Ordered 2 sweet teas, medium. I took two sips of mine, my husband took one sip of his. We poured BOTH medium teas down the drain. The tea was awful. Not sweet enough and tasted stale and soured as if it had sat out all day. Get it together or you will be going out of business.

Stopped by Thursday evening. Ordered a large fry. Fry container was not filled to the top. I asked for more fries, the cashier took the fries out of my hand, per the cashier she added what they had left . YOU NEVER TAKE FOOD BACK after giving it to the customer. Fries were cold . I stopped at chick fil a before going to Arby’s and my kids fries were still warm by the time we got home. My French dip wasn’t cut in half either. whew Lawd I won’t be back. Should’ve told them I was with corporate to spook them.

They gave us this as a 10$ sandwich meal. Worth it??? No way. And we were charged wrong for our food. 2 for 6$ not here! We were charged more than that for them. Happy camper I am not.

Ok, so it’s a Friday night at 5pm. Pulling into the parking lot should have been a sign of things to come. There were only 2-3 cars. There were five of us in our group. As we started our order of the standard roast beef sandwiches, they told us they had no roast beef!!!! SAY WHAT!!!! They said it would be about a half or or 45 minute wait. Uh no. Someone has one job to do and can’t do it. The manager of this facility shouldn’t updated be fired for not doing their job, especially on a Friday night and dinner time.
Needless to say we left and will not be back. Cross this off your list.
