This place came highly recommended to us as we were traveling through Pensacola. I’m not a sushi expert, but I am a sushi enthusiast! This place is small, and it needs a face-lift, so if you’re looking for a posh experience or a romantic date spot, this probably isn’t it. However, in spite of the wear and tear, I was impressed by how clean it is. The service was attentive and professional, and we received our food in less than 15 minutes after ordering. The food: we tried 6 different sushi rolls and the egg rolls and throughly enjoyed all of it. The only complaint about the food is that four of the sushi rolls were served on plates that were still warm from the dishwasher. Gross. Warm plates and raw sushi should never be paired. As tasty as the rolls were, I could not get over the fact that they were being warmed by the plates. It honestly ruined the meal for me. Would warm plates be a problem every time eating here? Probably not, but perhaps the owners could address details like painting the walls and the temperature of the plates to elevate the dining experience.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but we were blown away! The server was very helpful and kind. The sushi happy hour prices are very reasonable and everything we got was fresh and delicious. The presentation was very nice and we really enjoyed the atmosphere as well. Definitely recommend the jalapeño roll!

We fell in love with this place. We went for the late lunch. The decorations in the restaurant was so pretty and cool. The male Asian server was very nice, all the food we tried was amazing, the price setting was very nice, and happy hour is great also. We will definitely come back repeatedly for sure. The lunch bento box comes with a side salad and soup, rice, California roll, egg roll, groza and 6 PC sashimi. We really enjoyed the lunch here today.

Really authentic flavors and hard to find dishes. Sushi and ramen are both really good and super fresh. It’s become one of my favorite little hidden gems in Pensacola. Highly recommend. The owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Must go! A perfect place for a date night with beautiful and absolutely delicious food! Wonderful, charming atmosphere with great decor and lighting. The Salmon Lover plate and Salmon Collar are amazing! Mango Avocado salad and Unagi Don all tasted fresh and cooked very well. The plating is very fun and vibrant. The fried cheesecake for dessert was delightful and refreshing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to eat here again and try more!

We have eaten here about once a week… pretty much since they opened. It doesn’t blow your socks off by any means, but it is good every single time. And we are in and out of there super fast. Employees are always attentive and kind. Music is always 10/10.

Koi Sushi adds to the Pensacola foodie scene with a beautiful dining space and ramen dishes.
Atmosphere: The seating is limited with tables and booths filling most of the space. A beautiful sushi bar is nestled into the far right corner and offers seating around the bar. The best detail is the lit up Koi fish hanging of the ceiling!
Service: The servers are kind and ensure that orders get taken quickly.
Menu items: I’ve gotten their Hibachi Chicken that comes with Miso Soup and Ginger Salad and replaced the rice options for the Yakisoba noodles. I also got their Poki Salad with mixed fish (tuna and salmon) and Tonkotsu Ramen. All of the menu items taste fresh with unique flavor profiles.
They also serve sushi, bento boxes, sashimi & nigiri, Katsu, and more. I ended up going three times in one week, so I definitely will be back!

Atmosphere, waitress, waiters, were very nice and stayed out of your way trying to fill your drink while….. My daughter’s love it, 15 and 19 so we will surely make a trip back, even tho this was our 3rd times pa they do have room temp and warm food for the week mouths and body ♂️. U wins tegrete
