My first experience at Hibiscus Table couldn’t have been better. Dining in, you get a free miso soup and salad; they both were delicious. I’m a gyoza fan so I obviously had to try that and it was some of the best I’ve ever had-perfectly crispy. Sushi wise I had the Dynamite roll and I Love Hampstead roll. Both tasted so fresh and had great flavor.
Service was top notch. I was never without a drink, and they were genuinely excited to serve you. This family owned restaurant deserves a chance for sure.

Phenomenal food and service!! We went there on a Monday for dinner, everything we ordered came out hot and tasted amazing. We shared the steamed egg, kimchi pancake and the crispy salmon. My husband got sushi rolls and I tried the kimchi jjigae. The portions were big and we had a lot of leftovers. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted authentic. They also bring out lots of small side dishes (banchan) that go great with the food.

I would highly recommend giving this place a try. The waitresses were kind and attentive, the food was good. The fried salmon appetizer was unexpected and delicious! The sashimi was fresh and premium quality, comparable to restaurants I have driven far to eat at. A few items on the menu were unavailable, but I look forward to trying them next time. My kids are picky eaters and ate everything happily!

Edit; 9/14 sadly I have to change me review to 1 star. We’ve gone there twice since and both times the food was old and obviously reheated. Way too much money for reheated food, rice tasted like mold.

We got the lunch Bento box this was the only thing on the menu that was a reasonable price. Was a big box and very happy to have extras to take home, service was very friendly. Food was very good and hot, even the salad was fresh and crisp. I would love to try their Korean barbecue but prices arent reasonable for the area or atmosphere.

Had a wonderful first-time trying Hibiscus Table with my family. Our servers were very nice and very helpful. We ordered the crab cake tempura sushi, spicy seafood udon, shrimp tempura udon, japchae bap, and galbijim dolsot bibimbap. Everything came out very timely, did not wait long at all after the miso soup and salad, and all tasted authentic and excellent! Looking forward to trying other items on their menu. Very happy to have them in the neighborhood and highly recommend it!

Absolutely amazing! My wife has been wishing and wishing for a Korean restaurant near home, well she finally wished it into reality. This place is a banger! The food is so delicious and the staff is great. We will be coming back very often. Can’t wait for the menu to expand. The Korean BBQ is well worth the price.

I don’t know how they do it but I dare say this is the best sushi place in town. The dynamite roll with shrimp on top is the best roll I’ve tasted in years and I eat sushi just about every week. The California roll is pretty darn good too. This might be my new sushi place ❤️

Came in with my family on the weekend. The food was great. The gyoza and Popeye shrimp appetizers were delicious . Perfectly flavored and fried. The other items we tried were also fantastic as well, but the customer service here was outstanding, possibly the best we’ve ever had while eating out. We will 100% be back here again.

I had a nice dining experience at Hibiscus Table. The food was exceptional—bold, balanced, and full of thoughtful flavor combinations. If you’re familiar with Korean and Japanese cuisine, you’ll appreciate how seamlessly the two cultures blend in every dish here.

First they bring your miso soup and salad. We started with the Agedashi Tofu, which came out crisp on the outside with a soft interior, topped with a savory brown sauce and fresh onions. It was rich and satisfying without feeling too heavy.

Next came the Chicken Salad, and let me be clear… this wasn’t your typical mayo-heavy version. This was a towering plate of juicy fried chicken, crisp romaine lettuce, fresh Korean peppers, onions, and a light but flavorful sauce (I wish I remembered the name). Every bite was balanced and nothing was too salty or overpowering. It was easily one of the highlights of the meal and something I’d highly recommend. That would be my go-to dish for every visit.

We also enjoyed two noodle dishes: pan-fried noodles and Korean japchae, both excellent in taste and texture. To round things out, we sampled several special sushi rolls, including the Big Sexy, Cherry Blossom, Dynamite Roll, and Dragon Rolls, plus a variety of fresh sushi pieces. Every item was well-prepared and had so much balanced flavor.

The service was friendly, and the ambiance was warm and family-oriented. For a soft opening, I was genuinely impressed. Hibiscus Table is a place I’d absolutely return to and bring friends and family.
