See the picture of the $11.50 (20 oz) draft beer and the 16 oz Michelob Ultra that my wife got for $7.99…thoughts or comments?

Or the everything pretzel with mostly “nothing”

I don’t mind paying more for average food at an airport when you have to, but this was a bit off today at Gate A7 RDU today

Perfectly average airport fast casual restaurant with drinks and simple food options. Easy to order/quick service with a decent number of seats.

Decent place for a quick bite at the airport. Parmesan Chicken Tenders were good but the chicken pieces were extra thin and flat. ACC Burger and Marinated Shrimp were okay. You can order online and the food will be brought out to your table.

Small little cafe in the GSO airport.
It’s really convenient to order drinks or food because you can simple order from the QR code. Each area you sit in, has a unique QR code so the waiter knows where to bring the items to.

We were greeted immediately upon walking in. The place was somewhat empty. Maybe a handful of people inside. We had a flight in less then 45mins so we only got two glasses of wine. Nothing is cheap in the airport. Paid about $35 for two glasses of wine.

It was quick, fast and just what we needed before heading back home. Whenever i return back to NC, i will revisit for another quick drink.

Absolutely horrible experience. The bartender acted as if I was invisible. Told me to sit at a table and he would be over. Waited 20 minutes, no service. Went to the bar and ordered a simple beer, he said okay where are you sitting I’ll bring it over.
Great. Waited 15 minutes still no drink. Went to the bar again and got ignored even when I said excuse me 3x & stood there for 15 more minutes. The place wasn’t even busy. Tables weren’t bussed, service was the worse I’ve seen. Do yourself a favor & eat/drink anywhere but here.

Service was good from the bartender. I didn’t have food, but for a bar called the “ACC American Cafe” I would have expected to be able to watch a game on ESPN, but I guess they don’t have sports stations??? Very weird for a bar that is sports-themed.

Needed to eat something while at the Raleigh Durham airport. The ACC American Cafe fit the bill for a quick bite and a beer while waited to board my flight. You order through a QR code. I got the chicken tenders meal. It was the best bang for your buck in my opinion. They were decent!

Food was decent, expensive for the amount you get (but that is expected at airports). $20 for a chicken sandwich which was decent but not as described… I hadn’t eaten lunch so maybe it felt good because I was starving.

You order through an app which is okay, but annoying at the same time.

I continued to work after I ate and the waitress acted like I was personally offending her. Apparently the place started getting busy but I couldn’t tell from my angle.

She took my full glass of water away without asking if I was done… So I stayed there even longer because rudeness isn’t something that I typically entertain. I can understand her point of view, but would have rather she asked me to give up my spot versus being a passive aggressive shrewd person who is supposed to make me feel welcome and taken care of.

When I got up she thanked me for leaving… That’s it… No thank you for coming or have a good day… Nothing. I was about to hand her a cash tip but decided that tips should be reserved for people who deserve it and the service I got was a negative experience.

If you are going to make us put in our own order go ahead and make a pickup window and I can serve myself…

Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other places in the terminal.

This has to be the worse service I’ve ever had. For a solid 10 minutes we waited for our waitress to reorder drinks and she was nowhere to be found. Thankfully a bartender walking by was able to help us. The food was good. I got the Carolina which is Carolina pulled pork, slaw, crispy onions and a side of pickles and French fries. Very flavorful and delicious which is why I’m giving it 2 stars. If you can, sit at the bar, that’s where the good customer service is.

A FIVE-STAR early dinner at American Cafe’ located in RDU’s Terminal One while awaiting a flight to Baltimore. The food exceeded our expectations and the service was great! We shared a beet salad and split a mushroom burger with fries – delicious! See photos! Oh, and the flight to Baltimore was 40-minutes vs the usual 5-hour drive… RDU is a wonderful airport!
