There’s usually something wrong with the subs I get from here. In this case it seems they didn’t notice I asked for extra Lettuce. At other places I go to you don’t even have to ask for extra for there to be more than this. I also don’t like onions and clearly didn’t ask for any but here I am having to pick them out. . . It’s fine if sometimes it doesn’t come out good enough but for this to happen every time? I love Subway but this isn’t a place I’d recommend or invite a friend to.

I always visit this subway and I was disappointed this time around. Will not be going here again. I drove up to let them know I was there for a pick up order and he never responded. I went up the window he handed me my items and never said thank you or anything. The worker there barely said 2 words to me the whole time. And not only did they get all of our order wrong but they gave me the ends of the tomatoes that I would consider trash. I called and there are no managers on duty. It figures. Will be calling tomorrow in the morning to let them know.
Update: I contacted the manager and she seemed helpful. She shared she would speak to the workers that worked night and offered to replace my sandwich today until 4:00. I told her I worked too far away and would not be going for it and only wanted to share my experience. She thanked me.

Unfortunately when I went today, I did the board thing and placed my order, when I got to the window, no one, knocked on the window, nothing, blew my horn, nothing, knocked the window again and nothing. Was gonna call the cops to do a welfare check. Was planning to drive away and finally the woman came to the window. I figured with all that time I was waiting she was doing g the food and “not”. Ridiculous!

the fountain machines were not working though they were a couple minutes before entering. the chicken tasted like tuna so i didn’t finish my sandwich. the customer service from the older lady was terrible. there wasn’t anything to drink and she wanted to charge me the difference for the bottle beverage. i ordered cookies and she gave me some that were as hard as rocks.

Orlando did an amazing job preparing our sandwiches. He recommended some new stuff to try and always made sure what we wanted was on our sandwich. He has a pep in his step and is eager to work! Great employee and great service. I’d also like to note the cleanliness of the restaurant as well! It was tiptop shape and crisp. Employees and managers are doing their job with their customers in mind and we can tell!
