I ordered a Giant spicy Italian with a side of peppers. I got a Giant spicy Italian with no peppers at all not even the side. My friend ordered after me she wanted roasted with provolone ONLY and repeated it 3x. They toasted her bun she said no I didnt want the bread toasted then they made roast beef with cheddar NO I dont want cheddar I want roast beef and provolone only. Get home had no peppers at all and a sloppy mess on my sandwich and she had a jar of mayonnaise and lettuce she didnt want on her sandwich stopped together. There was a kid I believe training but the woman training him would no shut her mouth long enough to do anything and when u tried to tell her she cut you off like “I know” smh… I know to stick with grovecity store its sad when the quality of ur food is determined by the location and not the name. Never again will I go to this J,J’s again it was a nightmare.. Needless to say that mess of sandwiches went in the trash!

Check your food cus this place is garbage. Got half of what was supose to be on my sandwitch!! We’re from out of town and stopped here to get food togo. Ordered an ultimate Italian and got meet and cheese, no lettuce or tomatoes or pickles nothing!! but meet and cheese I’m livid. In a time crunch and won’t even be able to go back 100% a waste of money. If I could rate 0 star I would. I’ve never been to a Jimmy Johns and never would go back.

Went here 6/26/2025, west side of town, off Georgesville rd near Walmart. There were 2 workers. A young guy and a middle-aged man wearing glasses. The middle-aged man was taking calls and putting orders in the system wearing gloves. Then after that he took several calls on his cell phone. I gave my order to the young guy. Who wasn’t working on my order. He was waiting for the older guy to get off the phone and computer. When the older guy was getting ready to make the sandwiches, he was getting ready to touch the buns. I stopped him and asked him to put new gloves on. After that, time stood still. He continued answering the phone, talking to the young guy. I finally asked if there was a problem. The younger guy laughed. I said seriously, 3 people came in after me, ordered, received their order and left. He didn’t respond. I don’t know what the issue was. Was the older guy upset because I asked him to put new gloves on? Who knows. We were there about 45 mins before I got my order. I get home and everyone’s order is wrong. My son sent a message to Jimmy John’s about what happened then told me I would receive a call back from corporate the next day. Well, it’s been 2 days and no call. This was my 1st time eating Jimmy John’s. What a great example for all the other Jimmy John’s. I really hope they all aren’t like this. I know one thing. I will never go back to this one. Honestly, I don’t know if I’ll ever order from them again.

This is my favorite Jimmy John’s-the workers are always helpful and friendly, the place always looks clean, and my food has always been good. The best part is that the tea is always good! Thank you! The little John 5 meal is the perfect amount to fill me up for 7 bucks

Ok Jimmy John’s, you just lost my business. Every time you guys advertise a special and I go to the store to get it, “oh, that special just ended”. Apparently your specials are only for a couple days, one week at most. Then when I go to order and will have to pay full price because your “special” was for 2 or 3 days, only to find out your sandwiches don’t come with cheese anymore, you have to pay extra for cheese now.
The company has been going downhill for a while, but now you’ve hit rock bottom.

Ordered for pick up after super long shift. All I wanted was some Jimmy Johns. I had no idea there was a location so close. Staff was super kind and that caught my attention & made my day. Will definitely be coming back again soon. I love the Italian night club on wheat with the classic salt and vinegar chips. Best combo. Sandwich was wrapped beautifully as well.

I see why this location is so poorly rated. They totally messed up our order. I called 3 times before they finally decided to answer the phone. And when they sent the replacement order, they still messed it up. I will never order from this location again, and it will honestly make me think twice before I order from ANY Jimmy John’s again, because Jersey Mike’s is the same price, better quality, and they never mess up my order.
