I started trying Starbucks again because of the new CEO’s policies on allowing people to sit and work, mugs, and refills, and this location is all of that plus a good atmosphere and the best retail service you could find. They are attentive and thoughtful such as describing and offering new beverages, table service, good hours, and good attitudes. I think it is the manager I always see and she is running a good ship. I am newly Starbucks-loyal.

When I do come here the drinks don’t taste high quality, and now when I come back on a random Sunday at 1 pm , they’re “temporary closed” with only a tiny sign on the door saying this. This is one of the worst locations.

My wife was told she couldn’t have the drink she wanted because “we didn’t have enough time to make it”. This was at noon on a Sunday, there were five cars in the drive through and less than ten guests in the store, with 4 employees working. She wanted vanilla sweet cream cold foam. We would gladly wait longer for the drink she wanted but to be told no is completely unacceptable.

They have screwed my drink up the last five times I’ve gone there. I have ordered a Venti and they’re always handing me a grande and I’m paying for a Venti trying to take my money. I do not recommend going to this Starbucks so why is that a one is way better Better customer service

mobile orders are consistently never done on time (i get the notification that its ready and then i still have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes) and whenever there is more than one item its almost always forgotten. Sometimes the service is great, other times its terrible. Some baristas are great and have a great attitude, others look like they would rather be literally anywhere else.

Got salted cream cold foam cold brew, Irish cream cold foam cold brew, blueberry oatmeal, and a gift card. Whoever made the drinks did a FANTASTIC job. So delicious. Great job, very nice person at the window in the drive-thru.

Disappointing service. I stopped by for a quick treat on Mother’s Day (cuz I’m an mom) and they just closed their pickup area. I ended up waiting an extra 15 mins and the gentlemen could care less. No apology. I had 2 dogs in the car and he didn’t even offer a pup cup. I asked them if the pick up area was closed, he said yes and slammed the window.

I never return drinks but I really didn’t like mine, and Ali made me a new drink and she didn’t even make me pay! She also made pup cups for my dogs! So kind! Please give this lady a raise!
