The thing that stood out to me the most about this restaurant was the Comrodery and teamwork of the employees. Everyone talked together, laughed with each other, and enjoyed each other’s work and presence. Nobody was mistreated or left out. I as a customer buying pizza could tell that if I worked a job I’d love to work here because you don’t normally see a kind, fair, welcoming atmosphere of team members even employed with disabilities working together. The kitchen was clean as well, and it was cool to watch how they made the pizzas. I’d say the only downside was the cashier checking us out seemed to manipulate us into buying more even after we checked and told him several times we were only buying 1 pizza and 1 thing of breadsticks. I’m not sure if it was a misunderstanding, but either way, we paid for more and came home with more than what we ordered. Working on communication skills and honesty to customers would be a skill I believe this place should work on to train their cashiers. The food was fabulous and delicious, and I wouldn’t mind coming back to order from here or another Papa John’s again. They have better pizzas than any other pizza place we’ve been to.
The team work and management along with the clean environment and delicious food are what got this place the most stars, and that is my valuable review, because my husband used to work at Domino’s Pizza and they don’t have anything for review points that I would give this place!

Missed toppings on all 3 of my pizzas of random types not as if they were out or something. Ordered online, but when calling to ask about the pizza, person just kept telling me their name, askig me to hold and before i can respond, hanging up. The next day the manager didn’t seem to care about my issue. Most of my visits have been better than this last one.

I’ve never had a bad experience in the 10+ years I’ve been ordering. Pizza has always came hot and fresh and the breadsticks are the best in town.
The week before this order I placed an order online and unfortunately the delivery time was too long, I called them and got the order canceled with no issue.

Got there when the email told me to. Pizzas not ready. Thats OK they tell me it will be a couple minutes. Wait around with my 5 year old. Ten minutes go by, ask a new person at the cash register. They tell me it will be just a couple more minutes.
Wait ten more minutes and ask again, they tell me it should be right out.

It’s Papa John’s so the food is fine. The delivery time however are terrible. They’re usually slow but now they’re using DoorDash without disclosing it until after your order is completed. So my dasher then went to other restaurants for more orders and delivered my food 20 minutes cold and late. Will not be ordering delivery here anymore.
