I ordered a large Carmel Craze with extra caramel, and they didn’t put any caramel drizzle in (picture). My mother ordered bacon, and it came heavily burnt. My father’s order was fine. They didn’t seem to speak English very well (nothing against that, I understand it fully, I just wish they used Google Translate or something when struggling with it). They seemed to mess up other people’s orders as well, but based on the other reviews, it’s entirely possible the employees were either new or just having an off/bad day.

Each time I go to this location my order comes out wrong. Today I ordered from the app a L Butter Pecan coffee with an extra pump and got no Butter Peacan, just coffee, milk and coffee grinds…smh A time before order in store a raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese and got multigrain with butter…smh

My worst experience. Placed a mobile order and waited over 20 minutes for one single iced coffee. It was not busy, I had multiple employees come up and ask what I was waiting for and instead of making it 3 of them hung out with each other for 10 minutes doing nothing else. The manager kept watching me stand there and said nothing, did nothing, just kept eyeing me as if I was doing something wrong. They then tried giving me an iced tea for “Renee”. Coffee was not good to end it off.

I usually get my coffee here and it’s not too bad. I just ordered a small iced coffee with almond milk and pumpkin swirl today and it literally tastes horrible. There’s barely any ice, the coffee is warm and tastes bitter and old. 🙁
