Ok this place has the best food on the lake, the loaded famous brisket fries, catfish and burger are really really good.

Don’t let the gas dock vibe deter you, this place is legit good. What they it lacks in “vibe” they make up for in quality eats.

We have tried several places around town and have been disappointed more than satisfied with the whole experience (food quality, service, and price). Uncle B’s checked EVERY box! The catfish (in my opinion) was better that Hucks or anywhere else around here I’ve tried. The burger was juicy and flavorful. Mamaw’s onion rings did not disappoint either. The restaurant is literally on the lake (surrounded by water) and has amazing views. I am one to always find something to complain about in a restaurant but this one I had zero complaints. Without a doubt, a 10 out of 10. Not to mention the owners were there making sure everything was to our satisfaction and they are truly kind people with a wonderful personality. Moving forward, this will be our “go-to” place as it’s well worth the 20-25 minute scenic drive.

1st time and it did not disappoint!! First off, Taylor is awesome. His service is what most places lack nowadays. Thank you. And the food was delicious. Mushrooms were some of the best we’ve had. The club sandwich was STACKED!! Pickle fries and onions rings cooked to perfection. We will be back.

New management are super nice and committed to a quality experience. The inside is unrecognizable this season. On a whim I got the catfish, which I normally dont care for and it was amazing. Hushpuppies were probably my favorite but they definitely need to serve more of them with the entree. Jalapeño poppers were really good and highly recommend them as well as the onion rings. The fries are one of my favorite styles but were on the soggy side. I think they are frying them a little low and long. Since they are a standard side, I hope they dial them in a little better as the season progresses. They should definitely add a Loaded Fries to the menu. Other customers got the ribs and said they were great and didn’t even need sauce. Like I said, new management this season, so there may be a bit of a wait depending on traffic and time of day, but this is easily the best quality this location has had and it’s worth the wait just to support a good small business that is passionate about a good experience.

Rode out to Mill Creek to meet friends at Uncle B’s. What a great place! The food, the service, the FOOD! Really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back! Ask for the brisket over Mac and cheese- which is not on the menu- it’s sooo good!

Saw their menu on the break room table at work and I was impressed! My wife, Donna and I went there for lunch. The restaurant floats in the Mill Creek marina on Lake Texoma. Easy access by boat or car! The exterior is definitely understated, the interior is bright and airy! The big windows offer views of the lake, the islands, and many local waterfowl! Boaters can phone in orders and pick up pier side! I ordered the hamburger with fries and Donna ordered the house salad with roasted chicken, but the kitchen had no thawed chicken, so Donna ordered a beef patty on the side. The owner, Brandon Burrows, however, headed to Brookshire’s for fresh chicken! Talk about jump over the counter service (Brookshire’s humor)! The wait service was attentive, personable, and earned their tip!
The cook (late of Frank’s on 289) prepare a perfect hamburger with mustard, pickles, onions, and tomato slice! The French fries were deliciously seasoned with Uncle B’s seasoning, creamy on the inside. I would have preferred a crispier exterior on the fries, so next I ask for them crispy!
I can’t speak for Donna, but she seemed to enjoy eating it very much!
I should note that the beef comes from the Burrow’s ranch in Howe. I want to try the filet mignonette that is on the menu!
As I believe in dining local eateries, I bought their beautiful t-shirt, too!

Can’t give a good review. Did my research on this place. Liked like it was going to be great. Invited some friends and drove the hour it took to get there only to find it closed. Nothing mentioned on the website and nothing on the door. This was a Friday evening. I don’t know if it was just closed or shut down.
