If you are American, it might be okay. If you are Italian or really know Italian food, don’t set foot in this restaurant.
The service was very good, very attentive and cordial. The place is very nice too. It has a bar and dining area.
The problem is the food.
We ordered a pizza to try it and it was more or less ok, within what is an American pizza, not Italian (horrible dough, tomato which is not felt, and mozzarella which did not look like mozzarella).
We also ordered pappardelle al ragù and cavatelli.
The pappardelle al ragù had a ragù which, to our surprise, was very good.
I cavatelli, which had broccoli, pecorino and “salsiccia” did not have any flavor.
The real problem is how they made the pasta. 0 “al dente”. It fell apart. It looked like they had left the pasta 30 minutes in water…they even snuck a spaghetti in my cavatelli.
Leaving aside the taste of the food which can be better or worse, I hope they learn to cook pasta al dente, it’s not very difficult, they just have to cook it for the minutes the manufacturer says on the package.

It was a great experience having dinner at Paradise Ristorante. Michael, our waiter, was very welcoming, professional, attentive without being overbearing and made our dining experience even better. We ordered a calamari appetizer, a big salad with Italian dressing, a special (Pescatore Fradiavolo, an amazing flavourful seafood and linguini dish that alone is worth a trip to this restaurant). We shared our food, and it was plenty for both of us. We finished our dinner with tea and an apple blossom, also delicious. The dining room was specious and inviting. They played Italian music and Frank Sinatra songs, not too loud, just right to add to a pleasant dining experience. We really loved dining at Paradiso Ristorante and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Popular and crowded. Food is delicious! Front of house staff (hostess/seaters) seem disinterested. Waitstaff and runners were attentive and friendly. The front of the establishment contains the bar (self seating) and lounge (escorted seating) areas; both a tight space. There is a separate dining room area in the back which is quieter and more spacious. Pricing is on average (mid range) – Gnocchi $17 & Ribeye $32) – and portions are just right!

Wonderful evening! Sat at the bar and enjoyed the festive decorations. Ordered arancini (which they called arancitto?) Two of us couldn’t resist the pull off the parmesan, one chicken and one chicken and eggplant, with a salad or homemade fusilli. I opted for the pescatare, shrimp, scallops, haddock, mussels and clams over spaghetti!

I was very dissatisfied with the food and service. I love Italian food, but you’re better off going to Olive Garden than eating here. The red sauce tasted like it was tomatoes blended up with no seasoning. The drinks were okay but the ravioli was equivalent to a can of Chef Boyardee. Our service was very slow and it was not busy when we were there.
