Thank goodness the food is good because if it wasn’t, I don’t think I’d order it based on their speed of delivery. Freaky Fast? I don’t think so… my office is 7 min away and my food is still not here an hour and a half later. Unfortunately, this isn’t the only time I’ve had this experience with Jimmy John’s. Seems like it’s a roll of the dice whether or not the location will actually be staffed to deliver on their brand promise. They didn’t today.

I’d give this place more than five stars if I could. The staff is always welcoming (I appreciate that they have had the same staff since I have been coming here a few years), the restaurant is spotless, service is fast, and the food is consistently fresh and made just right.

We love this location. We order online and pick up in store 90% of the time, and the orders always sitting there waiting for us by the time we get there. Pick this location for your orders 10/10.

It’s really hard to place a large catering order with them – I called once and no one knew what to do about tax-exempt forms, and at two other times they were too busy to take my order (which had to be placed with the store rather than online due to the tax exempt status). I eventually went with another local sandwich company to feed a group of 80 peopole.

Management here is great, my orders are always what I put in (normally on the app) and usually on time.
I sometimes come a tad early so any “sitting around” time is on me. Great crew that is friendly, recommend this location if other locations have turned you off to JJs.
