Not going to lie. This wasn’t my first choice but the place next door was super busy. I was reluctant to go to this Chipotle because of the reviews. I’m glad I went in though. It wasn’t crazy busy. The employee greeted me with a smiling face. I walked up when I was ready to order and the good display was clean and fully stocked. I got the carne asada bowl. The employee was generous with all of the toppings and it looked good. The cashier was friendly too. The drink station was clean and fully stocked. I took a look around as I was leaving and the place looked clean. I had no issues at the time of my visit at 1145am on a Wednesday.

1st things 1st… this place doesn’t have too many reviews, but ima give it a chance.
So the bowl I got was made by a very nice employee. She was holding the line down & did her best to knock it down & still served all her customers nicely.
For my 1st time being here, the food was better than what I was expecting, not going to lie.. my only thing was the flies I saw in there.. these reviews aren’t lying when it comes down to the flies. Idk if it’s a somewhat bad spot or what, but that made my rating drop down. Otherwise, it was good, at least to me it was.
Everything was nice and hot, and when I asked for double chicken, I got it. So they get a 4 for me.

Just went there again for the fourth time since they open, and every single time there has been issues with cleanliness. There was white woman, curly gray hair on the glass above the cooked, as well as dog hair on the glass. This is a re-occurring problem that I see every time I go into this chipotle. They are absolutely the dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to. This is so disheartening due to the fact that this is the closest chipotle to my home. Chipotle was one of my favorite restaurants and now I cannot access it. I have made multiple reviews and regards to this restaurant and it is not getting better. This particular branch has lost a customer forever.
Update 05/26/2024: Its still white people hair on glass 3 months later. No one goes there and they are still dirty.
Update: 7/12/25 7:24 pm & still dirty. I just walked out. SMH

All of these people leaving nasty reviews are messed up. To the person that said the quesadilla can’t be made at the counter, it cannot. You are a Karen. My cousin worked at chipotle in a different location and they aren’t allowed to do that, it’s just policy. And to everyone else leaving terrible reviews, why? I go all the time, almost every other day. The staff is always friendly and the portions are great. The restaurant was clean too, overall 5/5 service

I will be reporting this restaurant to Department of Labor for health hazards. I have symptoms of salmonella poisoning after eating the food 48 hours ago. It was the only thing that I have eaten due to the fact that the next following day I had aches. After 30 hours of simultaneously Vomiting and having diarrhea, I have finally made the choice to report them. After seeing these reviews now I regret my decision here.

WORST restaurant experience ever. The store was dirty with food and boxes everywhere. The staff was so rude it was appalling, lost my appitite. They were so unorganized, we had to wait for them to cook basic meat (which ended up being raw away) and veggies? The staff was arguing while we were trying to order then took it out on my family and I. Shocked corporate allows this place to stay open considering every single review says the same things.

Wow! I thought the one in our hometown of Myrtle Beach was bad and this one tops that. Absolutely hands down one of the dirtiest place I’ve ever stepped foot in. Sweet older woman servicing food was amazing the rest staff standing on their hands. Chipotle corporate should be embarrassed allowing stores to look like this . Only protein available was chicken. Out veggies and to say the counter was disgusting an understatement . It’s sad that it’s one healthier food options on the road and yet the stores are so bad. Do better !!!!

I had such a great experience at the Rocky Mount (NC) Chipotle (on Wesleyan Blvd.) today that I summoned the manager, Mr. K. Britt. I have never witnessed a crew who worked together with so much precision. All staff worked together like a professional team in a clean organized store! This team is truly impressive and one deserving of accolades and the opportunity to showcase their outstanding skills on any national Chipotle commercial! Kudos to Chipotle for hiring quality people at this location.

A major red flag in food chains allowing customized orders is a rude or racist employee. We stopped on a long journey from NJ to FL. One employee was welcoming; the other, who served us, was cold and clearly unwilling.
It is disappointing when a brand known for its customer-friendly experience allows this kind of behavior to go unchecked.
Travelers like us rely on consistency and respect, especially when far from home. While the food was up to the usual standard, the staff’s attitude tainted the experience.
