I ordered two Blizzards, both of which were half-melted. One was an Oreo Blizzard that barely had any Oreos, despite my ordering extra Oreos and adding M&M’s. It was mostly vanilla ice cream and made below standards. My second Blizzard was similarly half-melted with hardly any toppings as well. Please do better!

To be honest we hadn’t been to DQ in awhile. We downloaded the DQ app and placed our order for pickup. We would have preferred to use the drive-through to get our order but that wasn’t an option. The food was piping hot and delicious. The onion rings, which are made with actual onion slices, were fantastic. The employees were very friendly.

I pointed at the brownie cupfection and said can I have that sundae with the brownies on it. He hands me ice cream, with some brownies on it. I said where’s the whip cream and hot fudge. He said we charge for that. Well I paid $9 for a small is that not enough. I paid extra he added not even a small teaspoon of fudge and left it at that. I gave them payment cash and card, they said they can’t accept my card so i had to drive to atm to pull out cash when I got back 5 minutes later they had my cash on the counter, which was unacceptable, and when I gave them cash she pulled my ice cream out of the cooler and handed it to me as well as my hot food.

You guys canceled my order because I order a small ice cream and a small order of cheese sticks BEFORE 9M. But is says your open till 9:30pm. The problem is you guys took my money and then canceled my order. If your not selling items up until 9:30pm then close the store at 9 instead.

I called and asked about an ice cream cake. The woman that answered was one of the sweetest people I have ever spoken to. She told me that they had ice cream cakes so we ended the call. When I got to the store it was the cleanest I have ever seen. Immediately the manager walked over to me and asked me if I needed help. He was so kind and thorough. They asked me if I wanted something written on the cake and it was beautiful. I have never had a better experience at a food spot ever. If you want to be treated like a human being with kindness and respect go here. This dairy Queen is awesome.
