If it were me as the owner, I’ll lower my price such that I have full house in my restaurant every hour!
Here, whole restaurant is like a GHOST TOWN, that’s pathetic. Used to be vibrant.
Food not that great considering the price, ordered 2 cheapest food items $25. Better go Yum or No.1 Buffet.
Dumpling skin is TOO THICK my children says “not crispy, not crunchy”.
For me, every bite is so full of oil, pan fried, what do I expect? Expect to get fat and heart issues lol..
Don’t see how we can be a regular customers.
Going 99 Ranch market *nearby* to buy many packets of dumpling go home pan fry to so crispy by ourselves.

We dined in and ordered the house chow mein and Beijing noodles. The chow mein had an overly strong wok hei flavor, and many of the chicken pieces were burnt, which made it disappointing. The Beijing noodles were still fine—flavorful and well-balanced.
The staff was friendly, which we appreciated, but overall the experience was just so-so due to the inconsistency in food quality.

This is one of my favorite dumpling spots in the Sacramento area! I usually get the pan fried chicken dumplings with either their black mayo or sesame sauce… or both everything I’ve had here is good and they have very good service.

First time trying this place. Had their cold noodle dish and their chicken dumplings. Their cold noodle dish with the peanut sauce was better than their dumplings. The cold noodle dish is typical faire but the chicken dumplings had an off-putting flavor not typical for Chinese dumplings. If I had to rate the dumplings separately I would rate them a two star. Definitely below average. You walk up to the counter to order and they bring the food to your table. Family friendly atmosphere. There was plenty of seating at lunchtime. We were just about the only ones which tells you the place must not be that great. Restaurant was clean and their is plenty of parking. I would not consider this one of my first places to eat. I was disappointed.

Me and my husband decided to try this new place for Chinese food. Their Sign said Dumplings house but the actual google map name is Hao Bao Dumplings. Nice and clean environment and open for inside dine in. We ordered the 8pc dumplings and the pork rib noodles also with the taro milk tea. Came out total with almost $27. Decent price for Chinese food. Dumplings and pork ribs is good but the noodle is a little bit too soft.However on the receipt we found out they charged us extra for deep fried which was the lady that recommended to us and never told us will charge extra. I will not give any decision on make a recommendation, it is an average taste but below average experienced.

I wanted to try something new & went to this dumpling house. Ordered 16 pan fried beef dumpling and HOUSE MADE noodles. Both were flavorful and VERY filling. I only finished 1/2 of the noodle bowl & 4 dumplings and took the rest home.
The Restaurant is clean, air conditioned and service was nice.

First time here and I love it! I shared a 16 piece of pan fried chicken dumplings with the house sauce and they were delicious. The dumplings were stuffed with meat and full of flavor. Great spot to grab a little lunch. I will definitely be a regular here. Emoji rating=

Hao Bao Dumpling is super tasty if you’re looking for dumplings. We bought 16 pieces of pork and chicken dumplings and they came out super tasty. The noodles dish also is good and flavorful. If you can find parking, this place is great and you want dumplings! 🙂

I love this place! Clean, modern facilities, and the wait is never long to order or get food. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are very low. I’m sensitive to the food I eat. I came here on a day my stomach was nauseous and upset and I wasn’t feeling well. I ordered the steam chicken ( comes with corn inside!) dumplings, with fresh handmade noodles in a soup broth. Even though I could have been easily turned off by taste, gotten or queasy – I felt actually better after eating!

I was thinking the serving and the number of dumplings were not a lot considering it was only $11 but I was wrong! There were actualIy 10 dumplings on it. I was not able to finish it so I had to take it home. It could be good for two persons as long as you’re not that hungry.
