Fine. We went through the drive-through.
I ordered a Dragon Drink, but they handed me a Dragonfruit Refresher instead. When I kindly asked if they could remake it correctly, I was met with more attitude. One of them snapped back, insisting I had ordered the wrong drink and telling me to “make sure to order a Dragon Drink next time,” even though that’s exactly what I ordered. The tone was unbelievably disrespectful. She then took the drink back, turned to her coworker, and started whispering and talking about us right in front of the window. When I finally got the “remade” drink, it was literally just coconut milk. I’m convinced she dumped half the original drink out and filled the rest with coconut milk out of spite. It was undrinkable.
I’ve never had such an unprofessional, rude, and careless experience at any Starbucks. We were being nothing but polite, and the behavior we got in return was unacceptable. I will never come back to this location, and the staff working that day seriously need retraining or a reminder that basic customer service and respect are part of the job.
Unfortunately, this visit will likely be our last at this location.
One of the employees left a very negative impression. She appeared rude, unprofessional, maybe racist, or simply uninterested in her work. Despite being the first in the drive-thru at 9:30 a.m., she seemed rushed, used a condescending tone, and ended with a disingenuous farewell. It was clear she had no desire to be there nor to serve.
This review is intended to inform management about our experience and to encourage proper training for the employee, ensuring that no customer has a similar experience in the future, ultimately contributing to the store’s success; hopefully.
