Very unprofessional, I ordered curbside delivery I got there before my food was ready, which I knew I would have to wait . When my food was actually ready I clicked “IM HERE” on my dominoes app. I waited about 5-10 minutes before calling in to see when was someone going to bring my food out soon as I asked I was placed on hold, the girl didn’t tell me hold on or anything just simply placed me on hold . So waiting on hold for 5 minutes I hung up and called again told her I’m out here when will someone bring my pizza out ? She said I’m the only one here, which was a LIE! Remind you I’m directly in front of the store can see everything. 2 people walked in the store and got their food before me and I was there before them, my pizza had been ready! I told her no you’re not I’m looking right at you it’s 4 people in there, lol amazed she couldn’t say anything. About a minute later a young nice guy brought my food out . Moral of the story if you don’t want to work GO HOMEEE! Whoever the girl was needs to be retrained!

Ordered delivery from this location at 8:45 pm. After an hour and a half, no movement. Called a few times, and no answer. It finally made it to my door at 10:38pm. I only ordered 2 orders of 8 piece wings. After 2 hours, they delivered garlic knots. After repeated attempts to call to NO answer, I had to drive up to the store. It was only 1 person in there, she refunded my money and still made the order. I felt bad for her and I know I came in hot. She’s the only bright spot. I don’t know her name but she was slim with blonde locs.

I called store they picked up and sat phone down I could hear cursing conversation in the background & eventually they hung up. I called back no answer I would like a refund

On December 6th I made an order.
5 Things.
1. The food arrived cold
2. The deliver driver did not come with change so I had no choice but to let him keep a larger amount as tip. ($28 cost-$40 cash payment =$-12.00 forced tip)
3. I tried to contact this location, they never pick up the phone.
4. The delivery tracker said a woman was on her way. Then a man that barely spoke English arrived.
5. I tried to talk to someone through the any way possible. I was not given a refund, gave me a free 2 topping medium pizza. But when I try to order a delivery, I am forced to buy more food to get a delivery.
This is concerning because not only are you serving unsafe food because it is cold, but it’s a security risk by bait and switching delivery drivers.
I wish I could give this location Zero stars. Because it deserves it.

This location took $125 of my money, never delivered the pizza, and then completely ghosted me.
It has now been over a month. I have contacted the store and Domino’s multiple times through every available channel, and no one has resolved this or issued a refund. No pizza. No refund. No response.
At this point, it feels like theft. Mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer after taking a significant amount of money is unacceptable.
I’m posting this so others don’t go through the same thing. Order at your own risk.

I will never order from this location again. We placed a large family order at 5:30 p.m. The app showed it as delivered, but the food never arrived.
After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, the regional manager told us it was on the way, then was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly hung up on us. Nearly five hours later, we were finally told the order had been canceled—without any notification—while we were continuously told to “be patient” because it was supposedly coming. Meanwhile, our six kids were waiting for dinner.
I had to reorder from another restaurant, which delivered in under 30 minutes—faster than Domino’s could even answer the phone. I’m still out over $130 with no resolution, and the “customer service” line is just an automated bot.
Absolutely unacceptable. 0% recommend this location or Domino’s as a whole.

Order with caution. We placed a very large order through this Domino’s location, were charged in full, and the order was never delivered. It has now been two weeks with no resolution. Repeated calls go unanswered, and customer service leads only to automated systems with no path to a refund for an undelivered order. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Domino’s again and strongly advise others to avoid this specific location.

THE DAMN STORE IS ONLY 7 MINS AT THE MOST AWAY FROM ME. THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME WAS TO BE 4:56PM AT THE LATEST. TIME NOW IS 5:25PM AND STILL NO DAMN PIZZA AFTER HAVING NOT EATEN AT ALL TODAY.

Its a nice, clean facility. But the staff never used any gloves to prepare the food, they acted as if they were to busy to answer the phone, they were having too much fun playing with each other, throwing vegetables at one another, no respect for the customers, especially when there’s a line of people inside the facility
