1. The food arrived cold
2. The deliver driver did not come with change so I had no choice but to let him keep a larger amount as tip. ($28 cost-$40 cash payment =$-12.00 forced tip)
3. I tried to contact this location, they never pick up the phone.
4. The delivery tracker said a woman was on her way. Then a man that barely spoke English arrived.
5. I tried to talk to someone through the any way possible. I was not given a refund, gave me a free 2 topping medium pizza. But when I try to order a delivery, I am forced to buy more food to get a delivery.
This is concerning because not only are you serving unsafe food because it is cold, but it’s a security risk by bait and switching delivery drivers.
I wish I could give this location Zero stars. Because it deserves it.
This location took $125 of my money, never delivered the pizza, and then completely ghosted me.
It has now been over a month. I have contacted the store and Domino’s multiple times through every available channel, and no one has resolved this or issued a refund. No pizza. No refund. No response.
At this point, it feels like theft. Mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer after taking a significant amount of money is unacceptable.
I’m posting this so others don’t go through the same thing. Order at your own risk.
After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, the regional manager told us it was on the way, then was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly hung up on us. Nearly five hours later, we were finally told the order had been canceled—without any notification—while we were continuously told to “be patient” because it was supposedly coming. Meanwhile, our six kids were waiting for dinner.
I had to reorder from another restaurant, which delivered in under 30 minutes—faster than Domino’s could even answer the phone. I’m still out over $130 with no resolution, and the “customer service” line is just an automated bot.
Absolutely unacceptable. 0% recommend this location or Domino’s as a whole.
