Terrible pizza! Looked like part of it was missing and the cheese wasn’t fully cooked. Tried to call twice to see about getting it fixed but unable to actually talk to a person. We don’t order pizza often, but usually really enjoy the pizza from this Papa John’s. I’m so disappointed!

New ordering service is awful. What should of been a easy task was full of answers like umm and uhh and I don’t know. That’s not acceptable. It sounded like the staff wasn’t properly trained and didn’t have the slightest clue as to what they was doing. I made a special stop on my way home because the marion, Illinois location is the closest to my home almost 25 Mike’s away. If this kind of service continues you can count out my patronage. Aside from the horrible answering service the store employees are super nice and helpful, they had my questions answered and order place in a minute or two. Please rethink the answering service Papa John’s.

Pizza had a dead fly cooked in it. Called to get a refund and was told “Well there isn’t any flies in here so that’s kinda funny” Absolutely disgusting and awful management.

Terrible grease bread slop with canned uncooked crap between the cheese and bread. Not on top, like toppings usually are. The jalapeño bites no longer have the same cheese, instead pizza cheese open cut. Not ‘bites’ just some cheaper version. Gross. Never again.

I once loved Papa John’s, but stopped going there after a bad experience. Fast-forward 10 years, and tonight I ordered a pizza and breadsticks. Went to pick up the food, and was shocked by how filthy and run-down the inside was. Dust and dirt everywhere, every surface was sticky. My food wasn’t ready and ended up being 15 minutes late. Got home, and the breadsticks were literally burnt, and the pizza just tasted really bad. I ordered 2 garlic sauces, but received 2 pizza sauces. I regret ordering there, and I won’t make that mistake again.

Once again I ordered online before 11 a.m. to have my food delivered at the earliest time slot available which was 12:15. 12:15 rolls around no food . They had an hour and a half after opening to get my pizza to me. I call…guess what…another at least 30 minutes before it can be delivered. In fact it was just finishing cooking. This is not the first time they have been late with our food. I am also unable to track it online.
