I challenge you to find a better thick burger than the Garden of Eden for $12, add beef tallow Idaho fresh cut fries for $4 more and what a great lunch! Great remodel of the old gas station. Chef is a local treasure, so creative. Just wish they were open for dinner on weekends, 45 minutes from my house.

I heard about Hitchcock Station and wanted to try it for months. Finally, my family and I got to go. The food was fresh, the burgers were awesome. My kids loved their meals. They use fresh ingredients and fry their fries in beef tallow. We ate there and didn’t feel sluggish or sick after eating there. I look forward to the next time we all go together.
If you want fresh and delicious food that makes you feel good, this is the place to go!
I highly recommend.

These burgers were amazing! My husband and I both got the “Garden of Eden” burger and my 6 year old got the “Little Buddy” and Wow! They taste like a homemade burger off the grill. They even have really good mushrooms on them and not that canned crap and the onions are cooked too and not just cold on the bun after the burger is cooked. The fries tasted fresh and cut right there as well. I haven’t tried a shake yet, but I bet they are also fantastic. Keep up the amazing food guys!
Also, I only rated your atmosphere as a 4 star as I didn’t eat at the diner I ordered to go. But I am sure that is great as well!

We recently enjoyed a company gathering at Hitchcock Station. This establishment, formerly a filling station, has been transformed into a relaxed burger joint, featuring an open kitchen and seating arrangement, along with a selection of beer and wine. Although outdoor seating was available, we opted to dine indoors. Our server, Miguel, provided exceptional service, ensuring our glasses were always full and attending to our needs with great care. To begin, the table shared a variety of fries, with the truffle fries receiving particularly high praise. The majority of us ordered burgers, while a few chose fish and chips. I had the pleasure of sharing a Van Lith Ranch ribeye for two, which was truly outstanding. It was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Overall, it was a wonderful evening, and everyone left feeling satisfied. I highly recommend Hitchcock Station and eagerly anticipate returning in the future.

For what you get, the food is definitely OVERPRICED. My husband and I ordered two burgers and fries, no drinks, to go. Our bill was $42. They add a to-go charge and then charge for everything that is different than how it is listed on the menu.
In addition, my husband told me that the owner was berating his help staff about every little thing they were doing. That is not okay! It brings the atmosphere waaay down in my book. This place may have a great maple bbq sauce, but that doesn’t make up for mistreating people. We will not be spending our money here again.

Always a favorite. Today was my parents first time here. I love the BLT. The bacon is perfectly cooked nice and thick, not to mention the cheese on the BLT it adds a extra yummy flavor. The cheese is not just average cheese either and the sauce on the Sammy is amazing. The spicy loaded fries also a must have and added bonus. The shredded cheese and the spicy sauce is not spicy at all kinda reminds me of fry sauce as the tang but much better flavor. Was a great atmosphere small busy but quiet. The staff are just amazing and The Chef/Emron owner is amazing. Works and looks like he is enjoying his life cooking up your food. Always look for him cooking it up at the grill smiling behind the counter.

Hidden on a back street in Fruitland is this wonderful little bistro. They’re open M-F, no weekends. They close at 2:30pm and reopen for dinner at 4:30 pm. Stated that many or all ingredients are locally sourced. I ordered the Hitchcock salad w flank steak. It could not have been better! Everything was soooo flavorful. Steak was perfectly cooked. The chef came out to speak with us. We will go back. Alittle pricey?? Maybe, but worth every bite.

This, is a fantastic spot! Incredible food, absolutely first class service, and all in this fabulous little town, that you would never expect!

This team stayed late to make our son a burger, shake and delicious tallow truffle fries, literally at closing time. This is after we snuck in for dinner, a few hours earlier with the rest of the family. A+++++++

My wife showed me a video from Facebook Land last Tuesday so this morning at work decided to go for dinner today/night 5/23/25. I drove from Caldwell back to Boise to pick up my wife. Headed out into the traffic 55mins later we arrived at 5:30 pm we sat at a table looked over the menu got to order a couple of Burgers and truffle fries to share. Then my wife wanted a milkshake to go. At 6:30 pm the place was kinda packed. Downside it’s closed on Saturday and Sunday.
