The food was phenomenal and the service was a bit slow since they were slammed but the service was over the top friendly and considerate. I has the figgin grilled cheese which was perfection. My ice coffee was delish and exactly as I ordered. My hubs had the chorizo. I couldn’t resist bringing g home the acai bowl for an after dinner treat. It was so full of power packed flavor that I an sure to be enjoying it for at least 3 more nights. Can’t wait to go back.

Worth every penny!! This is the best local place I’ve ever been to. My husband and I both thought so. The hot honey grilled cheese was to die for! The sausage egg and cheese on an asiago bagel my husband said was the best he’s ever had. Service phenomenal! Clean, friendly, and fast. We will 100% be back again. Thank you!!

My boyfriend and I were vacationing in RI and looked up coffee shops near by to try and this one looked amazing. We had been planning months to go and the in person visit did not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. We ordered coffees, donuts and breakfast sandwiches (all were delicious). We waited about 5-10 minutes for our breakfast sandwiches, to which we thought nothing of, and the staff was apologizing profusely for the wait and even offered us free items to apologize. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was even better. We loved it so much we went back the next day. Definitely some place you need to go!!

“I recently discovered this hidden gem of a cafe and I’m so glad I did! I went with my wife and mother in law while on the way to breakers mansion from CT. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and outstanding quality of the food and drinks.
.I tried the chai latte and jalapeno cream cheese bagel combo for just $7, and it was love at first sip and bite! The latte was rich and perfectly spiced, while the bagel was toasted to perfection with just the right amount of cream cheese and a delightful kick from the jalapeno.
But the real showstopper was the veggie wrap, donut, and coffee combo for only $21. The wrap was packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients and was so filling I could hardly finish it (in the best way possible!). The donut was sweet and fluffy, and the coffee was bold and expertly brewed.
What truly impresses me is the value for money – the portions are generous, and the quality is top-notch.I am sure I’ve paid 20 percent more the price elsewhere for half the quality and quantity. The service was also friendly and attentive.

The staff are very friendly. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious. The matcha taste authentic compared to other sugary powdery teas from other coffee shops.. as well as my 3 grilled cheese sand was to die for! The photos don’t do it justice. The cheese pull was insane 😀 I’m looking forward to coming back regularly

this was by far the most rude customer service ive ever experienced. we placed an order or 3 plain toasted bagels, and 3 egg sandwiches all made the same way. We tipped knowing it was christmas eve and as a way to show appreciation for their work. after about 10 minutes, a white woman with dark hair, light eyes, about 30 years old came to the window with our order, asked if it was ours and when we told her yes, she said and I quote “don’t ever do this again. you backed up our entire kitchen, you backed up the line, this was insane, don’t ever do this again”.
Not only is this an insane way to speak to paying customers, but there were many other ways to handle this. She could have asked us to pull forward and park while we wait for the order and the problem would have been resolved. And since when is a kitchen unable to handle 3 toasted bagels and 3 plain egg sandwiches a customer’s fault? that’s clearly the result a poorly run business/staff.
The way she handled that situation and spoke to us was baffling. We go to Alaina’s often but after this incident, we will happily go elsewhere.

Went to this coffee shop after a visit at the local veterinarian hospital. I arrived five minutes before close and it was my first time here, yet the staff were super friendly and patient. I got a blueberry lavender tea with strawberry puree and it was delicious! We also tried the chocolate chip cookies, which was one of the best cookies I’ve ever had. I wish this coffee shop was closer to where I live!!! (Worcester MA) I’ll definitely be making the trip out to come again!
