Absolute favorite restaurant in NWA!! Staff is super friendly, prices are decent for how huge the portions are, and even though it’s small, the dining area is super cute and cozy. Anything I’ve tried from the menu has been nothing short of fantastic (chicken katsu, edamame, crab rangoon, chicken nuggets, BBQ pork). Oh, and make sure you get a side of their teriyaki sauce – it’s magical✨

At first glance this place may seem a tiny bit pricey ($17-25 per plate), the quality is unmatched. The care that goes into the food is evident – my favorite dish to recommend is the HK BBQ Pork. I’ve been to Rice Forest several times and I’m never disappointed!

recently visited Rice Forest in Fayetteville and was genuinely impressed! The restaurant is small but beautifully designed — clean, cozy, and welcoming. The food came out quickly, and everything I tried was fresh and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation.
It’s one of those hidden gems where you immediately feel comfortable, and the food truly speaks for itself. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Asian dishes and great service in Fayetteville!

Food is amazing, I think they have might have the best takoyaki in all of NWA!
It’s a cute little restaurant, very chill. Employees are nice, and food comes out relatively quick.

I ordered the Chicken & Shrimp Noodle Ramen accompanied by Chicken Dumplings, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The chicken tasted like leftover rotisserie meat, lacking freshness and depth of flavor, while the broth itself was oddly seasoned and uninspired. The shrimp and egg added little to the dish, both entirely devoid of taste. For a $30 meal, I expected something far more satisfying. And the restaurant had cups but no straws. Most people are not drinking straight from the cup for sanitary purposes. And you have to ask them for napkins. This is just basic service. I wanted to try something new, but this simply wasn’t it.

The food was outstanding – every dish we ordered was packed with flavor and presented beautifully. But what really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. And the atmosphere? Cozy, inviting, and perfectly laid-back. Whether you’re a foodie, a couple on date night, or just looking for a great meal out, Rice Forest is an absolute a must visit!

Rice Forest has a great atmosphere out on the patio. It’s clean and has a clear view of the hills with ambient lighting.
My partner and I tried the yakisoba and taro buns and they were both very delicious. This is a good place to come when craving noodles on MLK.

I was in from out of state and happened upon this restaurant, it was absolutely delicious! So flavorful! The customer service was good as well and did not take as long as they thought for a to go order. Definitely a must try!

Delicious! What a great addition to the area. Everything was very fresh and was very tasty. The HK BBQ pork was the all star of the meal, beautifully fatty and charred like beef galbi. Second favorite was the bao nini, fresh and and fluffy bread filled with pork and cooked well. The potstickers and Sichiuan dumplings were both good.
The restaurant itself has got great vibes despite being a little limited on seating. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a huge group to dine in without checking first. Service was great! Prices were reasonable given the quality and portion size.
I’m looking forward to trying more of the menu in the near future. Definitely worth giving it a try!

I live in Bentonville and when I want a thoughtfully prepared Asian meal I make the drive to rice forest. I have not encountered a bad dish on their menu. It’s either good or great. This day I was in the mood for a little bit of everything and got several appetizers. The dumplings are my favorite dish. I always get that to accompany any dish. The sauce is slightly spice and the perfect amount of vinegary to complimenting the filling in the dumplings. All their dishes are an excited culinary experience with the textures and sauces.
