From Panera Bread or Weber Grill (Level 2): Take the escalator up to Level 3, then turn around we’re located right behind the escalator or take the elevator to Level 3, then walk left our shop is just ahead. From the Artsgarden(Conrad,Hyatt,PNC Center,Circle Centre Mall): Walk across the Skywalk from Artsgarden into Claypool Court (Level 3). Our café is just a few steps on the Right side towards Embassy Suites after passing by the esclator and Elevator. Take the escalator next to T.J. Maxx and walk past The Block Building Entrance towards artsgarden. Open late because cravings don’t follow a 9 to 5.

We visited as a group of five. The products were good overall (I ordered a white mocha and it was tasty). However, it took a very long time until we received everything, so you should plan extra time if you come as a group.

This spot is a little hard to find. You’ll want to enter Circle Center on the NW Corner of Illinois and Washington, the same door as Panera. Once inside, go up the escalator and turn right. You’ll see it. Once you’re there, this spot is a 12/10. Absolutely phenomenal! Prices are reasonable and their Butterfinger Frappe is absolutely delicious! I’ll be back just for that. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by and check it out

My wife and I were passing through Indianapolis from Chicago, and before hitting the road again, she was craving coffee and I had a taste for ice cream. Like most of us do, we searched for a spot—and boom! Up pops Claypool Coffee and Ice Cream.
Being Indy, of course we had to loop around downtown a few times before finally landing at the right place. We made our way up to the third floor of the building and found the shop. That’s where we met Fahem.
He let us know they had just opened a week ago, and we shared how we were drawn there by our coffee-and-ice-cream cravings. Fahem was welcoming, kind, and served us with a genuine smile.
The prices were perfect. I went with a waffle cone loaded with colorful cookie dough and Oreo ice cream, and my wife got an iced latte that hit the spot. Everything was delicious. Thanks again for the great experience!

The best ice cream I’ve had for a long time. If you’re looking for a wonderful coffee shop and ice cream place in downtown, I can’t recommend this spot enough. It’s so convenient to visit, whether you’re coming from the Circle Center Mall or the Panera area. The ice cream is truly a delight, bursting with rich flavors that will bring a smile to your face. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home.
