The freshest, most delicious Italian food! We had the bruschetta and the spicy red lentil soup as appetizers. Both were perfect. For entrees, we had the vodka rigatoni with chicken cutlet, chicken caprese, and the broccoli rabe and homemade sausage with pasta (forgot its name). For dessert, the chocolate cake. Everything was divine. The pasta is made fresh which makes all the difference. Hands down, the best Italian I’ve had outside of Manhattan.
Service is superb. The whole dining area has been renovated and the decor is modern, minimal, and has a soothing vibe with sages, corals, creams, and earthy colors. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The weird greasy smell of the previous owners is completely gone, thankfully. They’ve got a good team there! We will be dining there again and again in the future.

Absolutely loved this place. We started with the cacio e pepe rice balls and they were unreal—crispy on the outside, perfectly creamy and cheesy inside, with so much flavor. The fresh-made cavatelli was cooked perfectly and tasted homemade in the best way. The vodka chicken parm was the standout for me: tender chicken, rich vodka sauce, and just the right balance of cheesy and comforting without being heavy. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu.

Very disappointed with our experience. I took my son (26) out for what I hoped would be a lovely dinner, especially since we were big fans of the previous restaurant in that location, but this visit fell short.
The menu is entirely à la carte and quite expensive — even bread for the table is $4, which we chose not to order. Service was inattentive; we waited several minutes before being greeted, 10 minutes for menus, and saw little of our server throughout the meal…who was a bit snarky when answering questions for us pertaining to the dishes for clarification. My son and I shared the chicken Parmesan-a plate with one piece no side, and a full-size pasta dish which was shockingly small — more like a side portion than an entrée. When we asked about the portion, we were told by the waiter they use fresh pasta from a market in Hamilton. That was his reasoning. While that may be a selling point, most diners simply expect a satisfying portion for the price. We shared one appetizer and skipped dessert, worried it would be similarly small and overpriced. We left still hungry and ended up needing a snack at home. The place even had too much lighting in the dining areas. Overall, an underwhelming experience that didn’t justify the cost. We will unfortunately, not be returning.

Great dinner, can’t wait to go back. Had the short rib and chicken with lemon risotto. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Might be helpful to include descriptions on the specials menu. Chef described one special to us (pork belly) and we had to try it although if you viewed on the menu you might have skipped it. Food served at surrounding tables all looked good too. Can’t wait to return to try something different.

Great menu with plenty of options including some gluten free choices. Salads were outstanding. Entrees were delicious as well. And try the Pistachio Pantone! Make a reservation if possible because it was packed on a weeknight. We will be back and highly recommend this new restaurant in Robbinsville.

The Porfirio family has transformed this space into something truly special. The ambiance is updated, elegant, and beautifully done, yet still carries that warm, homey Italian feel that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. It feels like you’re being welcomed into someone’s home rather than just walking into a restaurant.
From the first appetizer to the final bite of dessert, my husband and I were left speechless. Every dish was authentic, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with the kind of flavor that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate it. We found ourselves “ummm-ing” through the entire meal.
Being BYOB is such a bonus, and it only adds to the relaxed, intimate dining experience.
A special thank you to our phenomenal server, Hector, who we were so happy to see from the previous establishment. His warm presence and attentiveness made the entire evening even more welcoming and memorable.

Greeted warmly as we came in the door. The smells in the restaurant should be sold in a can!!! Yum. First and foremost is the amazing bread OMG could eat it as a meal, served with 4 different spreads, garlic butter, bean spread, olive and olive oil spread and a delicious bruschetta. The other choice to rave about is the gnocchi, made in house with a delicious marzano tomato sauce. Enjoy!

Be sure to give this place a try! One of those great restaurants that’s doing so much more than many Italian restaurants nowadays. Certainly there’s a number of comfort food items on the menu, but there’s also some new things that are so creative and truly delightful! Be sure to try the short rib and the gnocchi.
