Paid extra for sauces just to get these? All of those together is 2 and a half (maybe?) Being I got a large order, you’d think they’d fill up the cups to be enough for the food. Fill up the sauce cups… I paid for it. It’s not that hard.

My sibling went and got me a chicken chalupa supreme without lettuce or tomato. (within the hours of 12:00-1:00) I usually have to ask for light sour cream because every time I don’t ask, I get way too much. I had them ask for light sour cream and it seemed they put more sour cream than it would have had, before I usually ask. Not only that, the chalupa’s usually nice and crispy pita shell was destroyed on one side. Kinda looked deliberate. Half a chicken chalupa, because it looked like someone full palm gripped the taco on one side.
I don’t believe the employees truly care about quality same goes for the McDonald’s next to it.(granted it’s a Taco Bell, it’s not going to be amazing) the Taco Bell location in hartland produces food you can tell they bother to make with quality care (good for a Taco Bell).

I rarely eat fast food anymore. This is the second time I’ve been to this Taco Bell in the last 6 months and they have messed up my order each time. First time no mild sauce when I asked for a lot. Three different visits – 3 wrong orders. This last visit was officially the last. Ordered a burrito no meat – it was heavily loaded with meat. Old fries that were rock hard. Half filled chips. Nothing is ever fresh.

This is the fourth time In a row this place has not given me my full order, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable, fix yourself. Every time I order a cantina meal I only get the burrito. This is absurd.

I usually go to the other Taco bell in town however I was tired after work and this one is on the way home. It was fine at first placed my order the lady at the window was nice, I got my food and parked to check if all
My items were there, They were not. My order wasn’t particularly big so there’s no reasons to be missing anything. I tried to go to the lobby to get the rest of my items which was locked. By this time there was about 7 cars in the drive thru. I called to see if they could bring out my food instead of having to wait another 25 minutes in the drive thru line to get something I should have already received. She said no, I had to go back through the drive thru. If it wasn’t my children’s food that was missing I would have just left. So I waited 20 minutes finally got back up to the speaker and asked if they could remake the entire order since it was now cold because I had to wait so long for their mistake. She told me no she wasn’t going to do that. I get to the window and Im handed a bag which is still missing some of the items.. so I’m waiting and waiting and finally she opens the window back up and says “ma’am can I help you your holding up my line” I said yeah I’m still missing some food and put my car in park and said “you’re holding up my night so I have no problem holding up your line.” I asked for her name so I could make a complaint against this “manager” which she refused to give me. She kept saying how it was only her and one other lady inside and like I get it but at the same time there’s no need to be nasty. She also started telling me that she has a kidney infection as if that’s an excuse to why she can’t do her job properly. Cuss words were exchanged on both sides and I left. I will not be returning to this location you need to train your staff on how to treat the customers that pay their salary. I am a manager at a local food establishment and I would Never speak to a customer the way this girl did. Absolutely disgusting and she should lose her job for that simple fact alone. And at the end of it all I still was missing one taco and my family ate cold soggy tacos for dinner. Also this is the chips I received..

Paid nearly $50 for an empty tortilla. As if it isn’t hard enough to feed the family in this economy. NEVER going back to this location. I also waited 10 minutes for a nothing-quesadilla.
