The workers named Kendra and Angela were awesome. They were friendly and kind. They took my order and had it ready in record time. They asked me if i wanted my sub toasted and prepared it just the way i asked. These two are really made my experience the best I’ve every had at any subway! There store was clean and tidy very well kept! I will definitely be returning when there working. Awesome employees subway!!

Some of this is corporate, some is not. I am still digesting my experience here. It has been a while since I’ve been at a Subway and I certainly have missed the inflationary price increases over the past 2 years. But, it’s clear that your sandwiches have risen about 30-40% in price and shrunk about 30-40% in diameter/size. So, the sandwich in the picture would be about $12. And I just don’t see it. Leaving the looks aside, leaving the underpaid workers aside, leaving Subway marketing aside, I see 4 of these sandwiches for our fam with tax and one or two “extras” such as bacon and mozzarella, which curiously costs $1 extra, approaching $55. That’s almost comical. You guys need to reevaluate your value prop. We may occasionally come with a coupon, but will not purchase at regular price. Crazy.

Clean facility. Friendly service. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich….when I went to eat it I noticed it had no ranch. Kind of confused. Do I need to request the ranch? I didn’t have to request the chicken or bacon both of which were also in the name of my sandwich. Not a dealbreaker. Would return.

I’ve gotten food from this place multiple times sometimes I order online, sometimes I go in. 3/5 of the times I’ve ordered online my food has been wrong and less than anything on the sandwich. I’m irritated to say the least but the description of my sandwich and what’s on it doesn’t match and I’m not satisfied. The worse part about it was they had 45 minutes from when I placed the order to set pick up time.. And my boyfriends sandwich was right.

A while back we got sandwiches to go and they were pretty good and the staff were friendly and proficient. However, today, July 26th, 2024, our experience was less than favorable. Hence the one of two young men serving us didn’t quite know how to name the different breads they offer. The volume of the music playing made it quite difficult to communicate our sandwich preference. The place seemed clean enough and it wasn’t as bad as this sounds, but we will not stop there again until we are assured there are more friendly folks working there. It’s just a bit different than our first time. Sorry about that !

Ordered two footlong subs with extra meat and extra cheese. Did not look at it until after midnight. All said and done, was able to make 1 footling sub with regular meat and cheese. We have always had issues here but went there because of locality. After this, I will go out of my way rather than go here.

We’ve been to this location several times and ordered before 8pm (location closes at 9) and they are always out of ALL bread. They need to work out some way to notify customers if they order online if they’re constantly going to be out of product. They also make it difficult to get a refund when it’s their fault they can’t communicate properly that they don’t have the ability to make subs….at subway. Now we have to come back to get a refund in cash the following day, because it’s more important to be convenient for them than their customers.

The veggies looked like they had been out for 2 days and the staff acted like our lunch hour was an inconvenience to their lifes… The only one that was nice was the shy guy making our sandwiches. Needless to say we ate our lunch with no tip and took our chances as construction workers do. Never again tho.
