Legit BBQ here in Amherst!!
Met Chuck today, got a tour of his massive smoker. And immensely enjoyed the pulled pork and beans. Pork is light, not greasy, and a robust smoke flavor, light kick, not over powering. There was probably 12 oz of pork on each of the sandwiches. Beans are real nice medley, which I appreciate, with wonderful flavor. Smoked corn excellent, very fresh. Can’t wait to try the brisket. My only criticism is a lack of his own barbecue sauce. Going to have to investigate further.

This will become a problem at some point in the near future due to spending all my money on bbq during lunch time. I’m all about pork but the brisket is absolutely phenomenal. Great job guys

Great tasting smoked meats. This guy is for real. I had the pulled pork combo with baked beans and coleslaw, and it was incredible. The pulled pork was superb, and the baked beans had 3 different kinds of beans in it. Best I ever had. If I had 1 downside, it would be the bbq sauce. They use sweet baby ray’s which is still good but I bet this guy could make his own sauce and it would be better to be honest I could have eaten it without sauce. The owners were very friendly and upbeat, and did I mention they gave me samples of the pulled pork and ribs to try, and had he not been sold out of brisket that would have been sampled also. This is now my go to spot for smoked bbq!!!!

Absolutely amazing stuffed peppers…. the flavor was spot on. The portion was worth every penny. Also get 3 nice pieces of garlic bread, and a huge salad…. Could easily feed two people. This was such a treat… and you can taste the love that goes into these meals… 10/10 !!!

Wonderful freshly smoked brisket cut in big tender juicy strips. Refreshing lightly creamy/lightly sweet cole slaw. Delicious fingerling salted potatoes in some butter. Baked beans were great with red kidney beans and butter beans and flavored with meat.

If you like BBQ, this is your place. Stopped in a couple days ago, and hands down the best BBQ in the Buffalo area. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs, smoked hotdogs, and some awesome sides, even Gumbo!!!

Mac and cheese sandwich was very filling as well the meatball sub. Broccoli soup was on point and owner is very nice. Definitely a must try and help supports smaller local businesses 🙂

Wanted to try this place since the caprese and meatball sandwich looked good. Unfortunately they didn’t seem to want my business. Tried calling several times during business hours (noon to 5pm according to their Facebook page) with no answer. After a couple tries it rang once and then went to voicemail implying owner may have been actively ignoring calls. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
