Unfortunately, the quality and quantity of the meat did not meet reasonable expectations. This was particularly disappointing, as I chose your establishment intentionally to support a business within my community. I believe that community support is built on mutual respect, consistency, and a shared commitment to quality.When customers make a conscious effort to support local or community-based businesses, it is with the expectation that this trust will be honored. Repeated experiences that fall below acceptable standards risk undermining that spirit of collectivism and the confidence that customers place in community establishments.I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as my intention is not to criticize but to encourage improvement and accountability. I truly want to continue supporting community businesses, provided that quality and fairness remain a priority.

Do not go there. They expensive and serves very little food. They are trying to get rich one time. They charge me $65 for a plate of turkey and side of fried plantain. The place should be investigated and shutdown!!! They are doing injustice to the community.

Called to place a pickup order…Why did this lady just quote me $40 for a small griot? . No it was a misunderstanding bc I clarify I wanted a small with a side of rice and she said 40 . I asked if this was a special sacrificed pig and she said yes .

Sadly the Food reflected the atmosphere- poor quality and NOT FRESH. I ordered rice and beans , , plantains and I pointed to stew chicken eand stew turkey. The main instead gave me SMALL CUT UP fried chicken AND TURKEY PIECES. Both were very dry, old and tasted tough – they were Not stewed at all. I told him that and instead he said oh we just add gravy on top and it is stewed. LOL- Wrong! Also the gravy was watered down terribly and no taste.
The rice smelled Sour and like it was recycled from days before. We could barely eat it.
Mothers plantain was the only thing semi edible and that was nit fresh either. It was chewy it’s crispy.
Terrible. Gross and disgusting.
I would never return to this dump. I only hope we don’t get sick.
I’d prefer to pay extra for higher quality food ins clean environment and with fresh ingredients made to order. This was absolute slop. Shame.

Worse customer service experience ever. Zero respect for customer. I called to ask about the menu she hang up on my face. If i could give zero star i would. If you’re in need of Haitian food go to Kalalou restaurant, Saudie’s restaurant but avoid this place at all cost.

Worse of the worse you could have in Country side of Haiti certainly. I brought half pan Pintade. I was with a friend and wanted to eat there. She gave me one ustensile. When I asked for another one for my friend she declined it and told me that is not the way it happens there. Then completely ignore that I was talking to her. I know haitian businesses are bad in service but no one can beat this one. The service there is the worse I have ever experienced in haitian business. I will spare you the other two times I had to cancel an order because talking to them was a complete madness. At the end, I know I will not step foot in this place anymore.
But thank you for all those pintade that I brought from you guys. You just don’t deserve my money anymore.

The rice is amazing and the chicken is very good as well. I have to say that the cooks put their foot in this. The plantain is very dry though, I wouldn’t recommend it but other than that it was great.

A+BBB ratings Caribbean cuisine, the customer service is outstanding, the staff is very well mannered, patient and very informative. When you received order then you realized the pictures of the food on the menu does not at all do justice to the actual food itself. Some other restaurants food are like “Hit or Miss” well not Lilly’s, the food always have the same great taste, very well prepared and served. Client 4 Life.
