Andy! You were wonderful! You made my first experience so much better. This is more of an experience rather than a place you go to once a week. They have a large selection of meat, veggies, etc. I would recommend it and I would go back.

We had such a great experience at Fire Pot in Grand Forks! The food was absolutely delicious! The service was just as impressive especially considering it’s Valentine’s Day. The wait time was very reasonable for such a busy night, and the staff handled everything smoothly.
Our server, Steven, truly went above and beyond. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He really made the whole experience feel special and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great addition to the GFK food scene, Korean BBQ. It’s refreshing to have a healthier food choice here in town. You pick from their extensive list of veggies, seafood, beef and chicken and you pick your broth. I tried the mushroom broth and it was flavor packed. Choices from mild to spicy await you. While you wait for your broth and fixings, they have a hot/cold line of goodies. The kimichis are both fantastic. In the future I’ll have to try the Korean BBQ. Our server was fantastic. He pointed out we could get the option of lunch or dinner, but dinner fixings were extra at lunchtime. One thing I like, they charge for being wasteful. So eat all you can, but don’t waste the food or you will pay the price. Don’t be fooled by the pot, it’s more than you realize. I Look forward to many good meals here. Give it try.

We had a good experience at this Korean BBQ & Hot Pot restaurant. The food came out quickly, tasted fresh, and was well prepared, with noticeable quality ingredients. Since the restaurant has recently opened, the staff seem to still be getting adjusted, but they were friendly and did their best to take care of us.
The atmosphere was welcoming, and you can see a lot of potential here. With a bit more time, this place will only improve. We enjoyed our meal and would be happy to come back.

Food: 10/10. Worth the price! Very tasty! Had two bowls of rice myself!
Service: 11/10. ANDY is such an amazing server. We have never met a server as best and as wonderful as ANDY. Had a great conversation with him. Very friendly person, made us feel very welcome! He had explained the process of ordering in detailed manner! Man deserved a raise!
Atmosphere: 10/10. From the entrance to the main area I was definitely amazed! Very clean and very aesthetically appealing!
Will definitely come back!!!!!!!!!!!

We tried your establishment for the first time today. It was actually our first time ever doing a hot pot. Our server was Steven. He did a phenomenal job. Explained everything to us and he happily answered any questions we had during our meal. Great food. Great atmosphere. And great customer service. We will be back!!!
