This shop has gone downhill in the last 1 year or so. Most of the time, you order online and many of the items are not available. You are left with whatever they can provide. The people who work here are great but the owner seems to be cutting corners. I avoid this one now – since about a year. Go to a better one please.

My sandwich is great, as to be expected. And I was greeted when I came in. However when I ask for extra of a topping on my sandwhich and im paying for it. Idon’tt want a damn lecture on how your store can’t so extras because of a “shortage” of supplies in your inventory because people asking for too much. Screw that. I just paid $15 for this sandwich, give me my toppings.

Christopher is the reason I’ll keep coming back to this Subway. He didn’t just make my sandwich, he made my day. He treated me with kindness, took time to make sure everything was just right, and made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. It’s clear that Christopher takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. My food was perfect, but the service was what made it unforgettable. Subway is lucky to have him.

The website allows orders to be placed despite the availability of items ordered.
I ordered a steak sandwich only to arrive for pickup and find out they are all out of steak (which is frustrating anyway during regular dinner business hours) so then I have to quick come up with a substitution which is not really what I want and seems like a waste of time. The website even offers items they never regularly keep in stock anyway… ( In my case the garden salsa Sun Chips) .
Keep stocked or equip website to advise of items that are unavailable please!!

They’re usually out of lettuce or other vegetables and we really only go for veggie delights. The veggie delight sandwiches are very yummy.

I used to love coming to this location until they changed ownership. Now they are severely understaffed. Should not have one employee running the store during lunch rush. The last four weeks they are out of half the menu and don’t post anything on the door so I wasted ten-fifteen minutes of my lunch waiting for food they don’t even have. Managers are not present and are completely out of touch of how to staff and stock a location.

The service was fine and the guy was very nice, however, the Italian herb and cheese bread had maybe 5 pieces of shredded cheese melted on top. Kinda disappointing because that’s my favorite bread. It’s clear this subway got bought out and has had a change in employees, and I think the people working there now are doing great, my only complaint is to give me more cheese on the bread!!!! Lol
He also wasn’t wearing gloves when making my sandwich after I watched him handle cash with the last customer…I’m not a germephobe but I still didn’t love that …makes me wonder what goes on behind the counter where we can’t see

online ordered a toasted sandwich, drove to the subway, and found out that their toaster is broken and microwave is unusable. chris and derrick/darren(?) (the staff) were extremely kind and helpful, they tried several solutions (did not work) and ultimately gave me a refund. i am very disappointed in the lack of toaster and the fact that it won’t display it in the app, it wasted my time to drive here and now i still need lunch. please fix your appliances.

Really enjoy coming to this location. The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly and warm. I came in the other day with my kids and Chris helped us he has phenomenal customer service , and he was more than happy to accommodate my daughter when she asked him to cut her 6’inch into 3 sandwiches. Don’t know how, but he made it work lol ✊ .
