Great customer service. The ladies up front were really friendly. The portions are big. I got a big bowl with spicy aho, spicy salmon, and salmon. Added my own toppings (they have a lot of different options to choose from). They also had Hawaiian Sun drinks. I also had the garlic spam musibi. Everything was deciliois. Definitely coming back.

This is by far one of my top 5 favorite places in Georgetown to eat, so fresh, the employees are so nice and attentive, I would 100/10 recommend them, I am a sushi lover so this place hits the mark for me, also their portions are huge and I always get two meals out of one build your own Poke Bowl!! Love love love this place!! ❤️❤️

I’ve never had an issue here before, but today I paid $35 for two bowls that were only about 1/4 full. When I asked for an extra side of noodles (knowing I would pay), the cashier attempted to charge me for a side of rice, which was more expensive. I overheard her telling her coworker in Spanish (my primary language) that she was going to charge me for rice instead because she thought the noodles were too cheap. Her coworker corrected her and told her to charge me properly. Despite this, I was still prompted to leave a 20% tip. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I came in couple of times to order my food. I’m pretty regular customer. I communicated with the lady. I don’t know if she is new or been there for a while. I don’t think she wasn’t really understanding my English or not paying attention to what I said. My food was wrong twice and her behavior was rude. Came back the third time, notice she asked someone to order for me, when she looked at me, it felt like she treated me differently than the other customers she services for. I don’t care who you are, you should always treat customer better then looking at me like “I’m a moron”. So, it made me feel not at ease and uncomfortable. I will not be going to pokerworks in Austin Ave in Georgetown anymore due to the face how I was treated. Everyone just observes how people treat you.

This was our first time here and most of the tables were dirty. Regular bowl with 2 proteins is $15 each. Overprice for a small portion of protein. Smh.
