Lobby closes at 7pm. I got there at 6:50pm. Staff was very accommodating and expressed that I was welcome to dine in. Awesome. I had a cheeseburger, fries and a blizzard. The cheeseburger bun was a bit blah, but then again it was the end of the night. Usually DQ burgers are amazing. So I will have to try again sometime. Blizzard was well blended and served upside down. Well played friends. Thick is good. Fries were fresh and delicious.

Orders are never correct. Took 2 trips and 30 minutes to get our order correct tonight and it was just 4 small blizzards. Even then it wasn’t good. Keep trying thinking things will get better there but the quality here keeps going down

Stopped in for dinner when on the road with three small kids. Was 5 to 7 and we even doubled checked that the lobby didn’t close at 7 ( the sign outside said it closed at 8). Got the kids in, ordered and was then told that once we got our food we would have to leave. As I told the staff – next time tell me before I ordered we would have promptly left and gone somewhere that would have worked for our family.

Absolutely terrible. They mess up the order almost every time. This time the chicken strips were burnt, the fries were cold and soggy, they gave the wrong Blizzards. I’m done with this terrible place. Hope they go out of business.
Update 5/17/24 – Went to get a meal, Blizzard and a cake and the doors are locked at 10:20 am when they are supposed to be open. I can see two workers standing there talking and not working. I left. This has happened to me multiple times now. What a joke.

This place is disgusting. As soon as I walked in the door I could smell urine from the bathrooms. The hand dryer in the bathroom was broken and there were no hand towels. The food was cold and obviously reheated. I ordered gravy with my chicken strips and it was basically water, I asked for another and same thing. So I asked for ranch instead and they charged me for it. There was also no ketchup in the dispenser for guests. Service was not great at all.

We were the only car at the drive thru in Melrose Mn about 7 on Friday evening, we were asked to wait close to 5 minutes. We then ordered a milk shake and the milk they used was sour. When back they make a new one with new milk. It was also nasty. I don’t complain much but I won’t go back again.

If I could give this a 0 out of 5 rating I would! Have given this place many ‘2nd chances’ and this was the last! The food tasted like the oil hasn’t been changed in weeks, we got 2- 4 piece chicken strip meals and it looked like a children’s meal! Lukewarm and the country gravy was like water. And the service…the girl practically shoved our boxes out the window and slammed the window, no smile, and no thank you whatsoever! Think this place needs some training on customer service cause if I ran my business without thinking my customers and smiling I would be ashamed! I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to Sauk Centre as that is by far 100% better!
