When you walk in this subway, you will feel welcome. Their customer service is always a 10/10. They make delicious sandwiches too! My order is always made perfectly.
This location is very clean and I love the new renovation! The seats and tables are always clean and ready to dine in. All chips, cups, straws, and fridge drinks are always in stock!
Abigaile is a great manager. She seems to be there every time I go in and always greets me with a smile. I have never had an issue with customer service here. They take time to have conversations with customers while quickly making our food! I love this subway!

Still horrible stale bread.
Wow stale bread three times in a row at separate times. I mean STALE, flakey, hard as a rock white bread. Each visit was at different times of the day, most recent visit was at 1pm bread was inedible.
I will not be back.

I understand SOME mistakes when ordering food but our order COMPLETELY missed the mark. Ordered 1.5x protein on my 6″…according to the receipt should be 3 75oz…weighed it and I have 1.2oz. Literally 3 small slices of meat. Other sandwiches had no cheese others had no sauces. If I’m paying almost $10 for a sandwich these days and you have a PRINT OUT of exactly what needed to be on each sandwich there is NO excuse for this many mistakes. Speed is important but I’d rather wait a few extra minutes to get what we ordered.

Before heading back home to Tucson, our softball team stopped in to grab dinner before hitting the road. I know once we walked the staff was overwhelmed with how many girls were about to order sandwiches. I have to say, Lisa, Micheal, Zoe and Jeffry hit it out of the park! They were cool, calm and super nice. They made each sandwich just like it’s suppose to be. No rushing and no sloppy sandwiches. I gotta say you Subway…these 4 people are OUR MVPS! Thank you so much Lisa, Michael, Zoe and Jeffry! You guys are absolutely amazing!

Made an online order, showed up at time they scheduled and food was not ready. I had to wait 10 more mins. So from the time I placed my order till I received my food, 45 mins had passed. I was not even offered a free cookie or drink or anything. I got a non-emotional, almost robotic “sorry about that”, as I walked out the door.
I’ve never had an issue with this store before this. That’s why I always went to this store. Not sure what changed but I hope it improves on my next visit.

Today was a great change. The employee sounded inviting and friendly! Although the price for sandwiches will always be too high in my opinion, they’re always good. Nothing seems to ever be spoiled like some other Subway’s I’ve known. I am rarely disappointed even when they run out of stuff. But if they’re promoting to make a pizza, they should still be able to have it on hand. That is all my child seems to want when we go to Subway and each time they seem to give me an excuse why they don’t have it…
