Good food here, they also have a outside sitting area that faces the river which I really enjoyed while eating dinner made for a relaxing night.
Prices are good for thier meals and portions are great would recommend to anyone in the area looking to go out and sit down for a good dinner.

We both had the scallop and cavatapi special. It was delicious! Cheese sauce was very creamy and the scallops had been pan seared to perfection. We ended the date with a shared piece of peanut butter pie. Yummy!

Service was great. So was the food. My girlfriend went there with our 4 year old daughters. Even though all of our food came out at the same time, there was a considerable temperature difference between the adult food, and kid food. The adult plates were piping hot, while the kid’s plates were warm. They actually thought to cool off the kid’s plates. Was not expecting that. Will be returning.

We started with the chicken wings and they were nice and crispy. I had the cheese burger and my wife had the steak salad. Both were very good. The in house made onion rings were good as well, lite and crispy. The decor is very dated. The server was very nice and attentive. A good alternative to Nolens.

Another great meal! We keep returning because we always enjoy the food. The salad bar is wonderful. Fresh, clean, abundant and varied. Steak tips are well marinated and tender. Hubby loves the macaroni and cheese with bacon and sausage. The front room definitely has more of a sports bar atmosphere, but there’s a large enclosed porch which is lovely and is right on the water of back bay. A glass of house red cab sauv is tasty and was a generous pour for $6.00, clam chowder is excellent, thick and flavorful. Salad choices are great. Haven’t tried their pizza yet but it appeared the large pie is actually large like you’d see in NYC. Service has always been friendly and competent. We’ll keep coming back!

Had dinner here with family but the food was one of the worst food I’ve ever had. Asked for tomato soup and legit tasted like marinara sauce, my little cousin even said it tasted like pasta! Then we ordered onion rings and man they were half cooked! Like why would you even serve it if you know they were half cooked? Where is the manager in all of this? Where’s quality control? My family spent over $200 at your restaurant and all of 10 of us were very disappointed. You guys need to hire a new cook.

Went here with my family and it was just mediocre. The appetizer sampler was overcooked. Waitress didn’t know the specials or veggie of the day, our food was burnt, and it sat on the line waiting because the waitress wanted to get our food out with another table’s. She forgot part of the dish and when we received it, it was not what was on the menu, and she touched the food as she put it down. Premium prices for okay food and not okay service.

Well, you can eat here for a price. I guess that’s how things work in business. Not happy about the service. It took ten minutes after sitting for our waitress to take our order. I’m pretty sure we ordered drinks, appetizers AND the meals. She came back 20 minutes later with our appetizers….and asked for our meal order. WHAT?! Whatever, I tipped, never going back.
