I don’t know how to explain this place other than it was awesome! The food was excellent. Service was great. Staff friendly and accommodating. I didn’t know that this place existed til a friend brought me. It has a unique atmosphere of an old train station. I loved it. I will recommend it to anyone wanting delicious Mexican food. Portions were perfect. Top tier!!!

Easy stop off Route I81 to break for a good meal. I ordered the barbacoa specialty burrito topped with cheese sauce and green sauce. Everything was delicious!!! Service was excellent! Frozen Margarita was just okay… Complementary chips & salsa were good! The interior is interesting… Very old, tables and chairs are covered in old-timey plastic which wasn’t ideal IMO. A cute little gift shop inside. Parking was a bit sketchy, run down, and somewhat difficult to tell where parking area was located exactly. Overall we had a great time!

This little place is sort of disguised, but don’t pass it by! The food here was fantastic – authentic Mexican! We had four different meals and everyone was happy! Even the rice and beans were delicious! Fair prices and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Went on a friday, wasnt extremely busy so we were seated rather quickly. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The fact that they kept the train theme was welcomed. Some of the decor a tad bit cheeseball but in a good way. Our waitress was very quick and attentive. My only gripe is my menu had some wet salsa in the pages when i opened it. Not a big deal though. The complementary chips and salsa were warm and fresh which made for a good start to our meal. Our food was out very quickly. I ordered the Carne Ranchera and my Girlfriend ordered the sampler platter. First impression when the food came out other than that was quick, was that the portions were huge and looked amazing. The Carne Ranchera was very good. I feel there could of been more of a kick (spice wise) but there are multiple kinds of hot and sweet sauce bottles on the tables to help with that. The Sampler platter was definately loaded, the empanadas and quesadillas were done well. the cheesesticks and poppers are pretty much as expected. To top it off the bill was not that pricey for the 2 of us. As for our first time here i want to sayit was a success and i would reccommend stopping for dinner. I will definitely be back to try some other items.

A great find . Very welcoming and friendly staff who made us feel at ease ; nothing was too much of a problem . Provided nibbles were some excellent tacos , very crisp and served warm with a wide selection of chilli sauces to dip . The mains were all of a high standard , well presented and tasty , my Carne Rancherez was a delight .
I’d highly recommend giving this place a go . If I pass here again , I’ll definitely be calling in again !

We ordered 3 entrees and none were correct. They sent a beef enchilada when we asked for chicken, as well as sending the complete wrong items in another entree. Every time we have ordered from here they mess up the dinners. Will not be ordering again. You’ll have better luck getting the correct items at Herkimer Taco Bell!!

Stopped by for a quick lunch. They are relatively new so they are getting the kinks out. Meals start with chips and salsa. They fry their own chips which is great. My only complaint was that the chips tasted like they were cooked in oil that should have been changed sooner. The rest of the food was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back. Just to update: we stopped again for lunch and the chips and salsa were delicious! We both had the La Palma burritos. My bride had hers with steak and I had mine with Al pastor. They were absolutely delicious! Also, I had a chili relenos which is available individually for 3.50. It was a seared poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and topped with an enchilada style sauce. It was also delicious! Many times chili relenos are battered and deep fried. This was not but still tasted excellent! Very reasonably priced and great tasting authentic food. Highly recommended!

To say that the tacos are good is an understatement. I could not provide a picture because I garfed them up in 5 minutes. I got the smoked Chicken tacos and enjoyed a mexican coke with my meal. The purpose of this review was not only to review the food but the service as well. One of the waitresses had their child running around yelling screaming interupting guests while they were eating. I would have given this place a 5 out of 5. but the service was absolutely absurd.

Last minute decision to check out this restaurant. Food and service were both good. Very reasonably priced. Three meals. One was a child, two margaritas, a soda and a child’s drink for less than $50 with tip.
