Kroger store in general is dirty and old. It needs overhauled badly. This aisles are small. It’s often crowded and there’s not a lot of variety because of limited space. The pharmacy is a nightmare because the poor pharmacy employees work their tails off with the no staff basically and they are not treated fairly. When it comes to that. They were cutting hours in the pharmacy so I went in the other day and there was a pharmacist working by himself with no help at all and a busy pharmacy. I don’t find that very accommodating or very helpful to take care of your customers. Also some of your cashiers are not the friendliest at all. I have had some crappy customer service from them. I will say the one guy that works evenings. I don’t know if he’s got a disability or not, but I really enjoy him though he’s very friendly. Very funny. He’s great. I don’t like your gas station attendant. He’s very rude. Very to the point the speaker wasn’t working the other day and he took his finger and tapped on it as hard as he could on the window to let me know to look at the sign. I didn’t see the sign at first so it made him angry. He’s off and got a bad attitude and he’s not helpful. I don’t know who peed and his Cheerios but I think it might be time to cut that one loose.

Stocked well, not many brands I prefer and no maple cured bacon for weeks now, no hills bros English toffee cappuccino ever and on and on. The employees are not so friendly either – just doing there jobs and getting by.

Real Hometown atmosphere. Friendly staff and helpful. Good prices. Sam Adams 12 pack$1 cheaper than Walmart. I’m impressed!

Food looks fresh, not dried out. Smaller, friendlier grocery, so smaller deli selection. Never needed to return any items to this deli. This store even has deli markdowns in the cooler across the aisle, usually can find a bargain or two for about 1/2 price. Good choice for SE Fort Wayne Kroger shoppers who want to avoid the Southgate Kroger store. I’m about a mile from the Southgate store, but will gladly drive to Waynedale to shop.

Cashiers were very rude and the baggers just threw our bags on the cart on top of our soft stuff. The girls in the deli/bakery were really nice.

Better than the Kroger on Pettit Street! It’s nasty in that store! The deli needs a makeover as a matter of fact the whole store needs a makeover staff and all! Wow SMH!

Good but they don’t offer Scrapple or Lebanon baloney. Couldn’t even order it. Very basic deli.

Whole rotisserie chicken, good healthy (and ready to eat) start to dinner. And they have a organic version too.
