Ordered 10 wings and a large fry ahead of time, on their website. Ended up waiting an entire hour inside the restaurant for it, while barely being acknowledged. I got home 10 minutes later to hard, cold fry’s and TINY wings. I mean, the wings were the same size as the ranch cup, 2 inches!!
They confirmed why I barely come here and go to Wingstop instead.

The service was absolutely terrible. I was a waiter for 17 years and I never experienced service like that. They brought us the appetizers but never gave us small plates. They brought the main courses but never took away the dirty appetizer plates, leaving them sitting there in the middle of the table. And it took them ages to charge us. Terrible service.

Routine takeout through the app, but they forgot the fries. Had to drive back since the app doesn’t let you just put in for a “missing item.” The person manning the counter acknowledged the lack of fries and made a new batch for me.
The food’s pretty decent; most wing places have downsized their food portions and while that is disheartening, it’s not the fault of the branch or workers.
The atmosphere is… apparently a gradeable thing. It’s a Buffalo Wild Wings but more for To-Go, it’s no TGI Fridays. It’s clean enough, that’s all that really matters to me as a to-good place.
At least I know if I have an issue with my order they’ll get it fixed. Would be better to check your food in-restaurant to make sure it’s all there before leaving, though. YMMV, but I would order again in the future.

I ordered 10 wings bogo with 10+ extra wings, a total of 20 wings and chose 3 flavors. They only gave me 15 wings with 3 flavors splitting into 5 piece a flavor. They gave me the last five wings plain no flavor. This is pure laziness from y’all worker! I paid for 20 flavor wings not 15 flavors wings with 5 plain wings. Comical work ethic from Buffalo Wild Wings as usual.

I placed an online order and when we got home from picking up, this is the sad excuse of “boneless wings” that they gave us. They counted breading to my total wing count. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this location, but I figured I would give them another chance. Forget it. I’m done ordering here. This is a really sad reflection of what they think quality is, this comes down to bad leadership or training… and it’s lazy and pathetic.

Picked up food on a triple digit day. The food is hot or miss, I guess depends on who is working. I was denied a water cup with a worker saying, and I quote, “We do not give out water cups”. I didn’t have a problem with paying for one but that wasn’t given to me as an option.
Update: I would recommend going out of your way to the Willowbrook location since the service is much better.

Overpriced. Small fisher priced nuggets covered in sauce. Cold and soggy. Taste like frozen grocery store bought. 5 “boneless wings”? Please see photo. For $15 more than the completion I expected higher quality.

I was so excited to get this BBW. Today I ordered and did pickup. I got uncooked fried pickles. If they don’t have enough staff to produce a quality standard product, the area/district managers need to be fired. They are not giving the store manager the tools they need to be successful. The wings were not tossed, the sauce was just globbed on. The ranch was not BBW ranch. AND the item I was craving was horrible. My first visit, will be the last.
