I ordered a drink from this location(like I have since the 90″s and when I got there I found that the drink I ordered was sent to another store 6 miles away. When I asked where the order was , the workers started busting my chop if I sent it to another store. This store was locked up and they had workers hiding behind the glass, apparantly some stores are striking and we customers were part of the damage. Sounds like the employees are operating a rogue store and they were not serving anyone. There weree no warnings that this store was affected by the strike and that it was close 3:30p in the afternoon. Too many coffee shops that do serve their customers. Starbucks has become a really terrible place to call my coffee place

Great staff, very nice even when busy. Great place to work, study or meet because it’s clean, organized and well run. Sign of a good manager for sure. I wish they had local or hand made food, but the coffee cake is excellent anyway. 3 miles from the beach makes a great stop before a beach walk!

Every employee that I have come across at this location has exceeded my expectations. Today, Devin, who was working the drive through window , went out of his way to help me. I asked for extra cold foam on my pumpkin cream cold brew. He went to hand it to me and noticed that it did not look like they gave me extra. Since there was no room in the cup to add extra..he took it upon himself to fill a “pup cup” size full of extra foam for me. He made my day. I highly recommend this location.

It’s September 5, 2025 and I want to update my review. I have to say that people have to understand that they’re dealing with the drive-through and walk-ins and it’s an extremely busy location and I find the staff to be consistent. I go every single day and they are always smiling. They always know what I want and they are wonderful. I want to also congratulate Chris who is the store manager I really feel he’d make a great district manager, you should think about that. He has a wonderful personality. He’s able to have everything going well and his Starbucks and his staff is amazing. Please remember how great they are. Give them a chance. I had a large order (10 drinks) that I wrote out on a piece of paper and was more than happy to sit and wait for them to fill. The person working the order immediately had an attitude about it and made several comments. I sat down and was waiting for 2 more orders when one of the staff members came over and said the order was done and I could go. I thought there was a drink missing, but after reviewing the detailed order on the paper I realized I was wrong and I was good to go. I said thank you and the staff member in front of me rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything back. I was nothing but patient and kind, providing a detailed drink order and having no problem sitting and waiting, but both staff members were visibly and audibly annoyed to do their job.
