I popped by and ordered my sandwich. Asked for no tomato cuz I’m allergic. And sat in the drive thru and watched em make it. Now she started putting tomato on it but took it off. But the off putting thing was the previous order asked for something that was in a shaker and some sort of liquid that was in a squeeze bottle, and for some reason she put both on mine. Didn’t ask for that. When I said I couldn’t accept the order as is, they both tried to convince me she didn’t put those on my sandwich. I simply asked for the sandwich I ordered or a refund.
This is the last time I come to this location. There have been several times my order hasn’t been correct but this is the first time where they were denying making it incorrectly and trying to not fix it.

I would think that if you’re open for another 20 minutes you should be prepared to serve your full menu for tl20 minutes.

I order from this store quite often and I always regret it. That’s it, I’m done. From the time it takes my order to arrive, to the quality and accuracy of my order. I am beyond disappointed. I am not interested in talking to the owner or whoever is willing pretend to care about this review because I do not have faith that this restaurant is capable of of positive change. I’ve picked up at this location several times. I order through the app and my only complaint is that they often don’t apply the changes that I requested (Extra mayo, a topping, etc.) a few days ago I ordered a turkey and avocado with a few extras. I got home and took my first bite and thought this is the most bland sandwich I’ve ever tasted. When I opened it and looked it not only was missing the extras it was missing the avocado! Friendly staff but they definitely need help with quality control
