I’ve only eaten the birria tacos from here so I can only recommend them. These are hands down some of the best birria tacos I’ve had!! The consome (sauce) is not too strong with flavor. I will go out of my way to support this food truck. The owner is very friendly and the park itself is clean and maintained.

i would give them more, but the menu prices are not shown in any photo in this listing. the prices were concerning, higher than other taquerias in town. average price of taco is 1.50 in this town & i remember here it is $3. they were very defensive about prices when i asked. $10 for 3 tacos!!

Owner forgot to put half my order in the bag. When I got home and called about the missing food he apologized and said he was going to void the order. Two weeks later no credit showed on my account. Had to drive back to get my money back, spending gas and time. He remembered the goof up but asked me for the date of the order. I gave him the date. I waited outside in the heat while he shuffled through receipts. Never found it and finally gave me my money for the missing half of the order. Didn’t offer to make it up to me or an apology.

Love their food, not too expensive, quick, and great location for anyone on the north side of Huntsville who don’t want to go into town.
I hope more food trucks join them, it’s a great location for a hamburger truck, or cajun food, or something else entirely.

The guy taking orders is sarcastic and rude. The rice and beans are flavorless and the fajita is also bland. The green salsa is watered down. Not returning.

Stopped by before work and ordered the 3 taco plate, and the food is fantastic!!! The location is a bit outside of town, but I definitely recommend checking it out.
