Don’t follow simple instructions when making orders on the app. Two sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and they were cold. We waited for them to finish making them and went it to grab. Should’ve been fresh and warm. Not cold!

I got the sub club and the vegetables and meat tasted old along with not enough meat on it either. Probably the worst sandwich I have ever eaten, and I live to far to just go back and return it.

Staff is always busy. I’ve never had a bad item on a sandwich. They are always available for catering and meal platters. I’d say someone is running a tight ship around there.

Friendly workers but this place is not clean. There are vents directly above where the food is prepped and they are absolutely filthy. See the pictures. Clean your store.

I order 2 sandwiches, both ribs. 1ft long 1 6″. They proceed to throw away 2 of the 3 ribs. Then tell me they don’t have anymore, I’ll have to order something else. I order something else, asked for it to be heated. Only to then be told oh I forgot. Toasted it, burnt it. Then I ask for 2 meals. I ask for 2 cookies 1 of each bc there were only 2 available. Was told I have to get chips bc I didn’t specify I wanted cookies. I was never asked. Already was rang up so had to get chips. To which they had very few choices. I said can I get my cups and he said oh you want new ones???? I never had any to begin with! Absolutely horrible service.

Usually pretty good, quick workers, generous help, usually would recommend if not for the last two times I went, eating left me feeling sick with food poisoning like symptoms. It could just be the food disagreeing with me, but I’ve always ordered the same thing and never had the symptoms until recently.

If you want your sandwiches made to custom order, don’t order online/app. We had two sandwiches and neither were made correctly, even though everything was correct on the print out receipt. Decent food if you order inside.

Currently still not getting orders correct, also may have a timing issue since our “toasted” sandwiches were definitely not hot. Hopefully any future orders will get better, but currently we probably won’t be back for a while.

Subway In Mount Vernon IN it ridiculous. They need to hire people that are actually going to work! I ordered on the app it says be ready by 4:35, the woman behind the counter says oh well. I’ll get started on it now if that helps any! I didn’t receive my food till 5:00!!! 9 out of 10 times. When they say they’re open online, their store is not open and there is a piece of paper saying closed early! I’m about to quit going there!!!! RUDE AND LAZY PEOPLE WORKING THERE
