I normally only order from local pizza shops here as they are the best but we were driving by and they had a deal on a “large” pizza with 1 topping so thought we would try. Not what I would call a large but overall taste was pretty good. I appreciated that they had cup n chat pepperoni. Flavor was missing a little seasoning but overall not bad. I would get again if on sale but I would not pay full price. It was nice that it was ready rather quick. Crust looked a little off but tasted fine. take out only at this location.

Well I’d like to tell you what the food was like, but I wouldn’t know. Guy at the counter didn’t understand much of what I was saying, but to be fair I had the same issue with his accent. So after I asked if they have slices(they dont) I asked how much a medium pizza is, which of course meant I wanted a medium pizza, as he started pushing things on his screen, there was a little picture menu on the counter so I said I’ll have this and pointed. The Philly cheesecake quesadilla thing. He starts talking to someone in his earbuds, then holds his phone up facetiming the guy in his ear to walk him through the register for an excessivelylong time, $21 something. I said no I just wanted this thing it’s like 9 bucks. Smiles “no no, that’s not the deal” we go back and forth and somehow the posted menu price of 8.99 is with some kind of deal and maybe I had a medium pizza coming? I didn’t know what I was actually receiving so I drove to Wendy’s.

I had Papa John’s from here first time since 2010, I can honestly say the food has changed last time I went! Service and atmosphere was good, employees were friendly, But the food was nasty! Pizza tasted like cardboard which is resembles to Dominoes Pizza, boneless wings were very rubbery! Breadsticks were decent but the next day they were rock hard! Dipping sauces all tasted weird, back in the day the garlic sauce was more oily, now its whipped butter you would put on a dinner roll, the ranch tastes more on the onion side which is not a good taste for ranch! The marinara sauce was too sweet and tasted like it was poorly made! I won’t be ordering from Papa John’s anytime soon but I really hope they take the time to read this comment and make some serious changes to their menu! Maybe one day in the near future I’ll give them a second chance!

Most of the times they have good deals and enjoy what I order from them, but every so often, there is something wrong with the order and there’s no way to get in touch with them to possibly resolve the issue. Tried calling them a few times and it’ll just ring and ring and ring. Have even called in to “place an order” so I can talk to an actual person and have them transfer me to the store, and it’ll just ring and ring and ring.

Absolutely the WORST pizza I have ever had.
Ordered a New York style thin crust. It tasted like a piece of cardboard with something that didn’t taste like cheese with little sauce.

Ordered as takeout. The pizza was good, but we ordered extra cheese and garlic sauce. We did not get any cheese sauce, but got pizza sauce instead. Very disappointing to discover when I got home with the order

Had to wait 35 minutes past when the tracker said my food was done. Pizza and garlic knots were gross. Part of my order was done 20+ minutes before the rest. I could’ve excused the wait had the pizza been good or excused the pizza being bad had I not needed to wait, but the combination of the two is unsatisfactory. I haven’t been to Papa John’s in years and likely won’t be back. There were several people there who said they were waiting 45 mins+ to get their orders.

We ordered delivery tonight and ended up with cold, late food, missing dips, and management that cared about as much as a broken vending machine. When I called about the missing dips (which, by the way, are the only reason I order from here), I was told, “We take care of you next time,” and basically dismissed. Well, joke’s on them—there won’t be a next time. I guess I’ll have to take my heartbreak (and appetite) to Pizza Hut (or local!) instead. At least they deliver disappointment with a side of garlic sauce!
