Honestly, I used to be a regular here. Roxy was the best! I thought it was the food that kept me coming back, but I guess not. I love the batch 83 sauce, however, everything has changed (not in a good way). I’m going to give it a chance one more time, and if Im wrong, I’ll update my review.

I used to stop in here quite often. Today was my last day and walked out without getting any food. Their honey cured ham for the classic Italian is not the same sliced ham as in the past is some god-awful looking process crap it looks like spam seriously. He goes to put the cheese on the sandwich and is thinner than paper, thin that it was actually tearing and had holes in it. I asked him I said that’s not how you slice the cheese. It should be sliced thicker than that for sandwiches and he just gave me this dumb look looks like the owner just had walked in. He goes over talk with him, so I just said, forget it and walked out. All the food there just looks not that fresh not like it used to. I’ll never go in there ever again disgusting.

Very disappointed! Are used to love their sandwiches, but this last one was terrible! I ordered a $15 French dip and this is what I got! I even called the manager and all she said was “sorry, but we weigh the meat and there should be sauce and onions on it” with no offer to replace my order or give me a credit or anything!

Horrible customer service. Waited 5 minutes to place order with nobody on front of me. I even tipped after being charged for sauce. Did y’all know know Quiznos has tater tots?! Somehow, I did not know this. I visited a Quiznos once before, years ago. Must not have made much of an impression because I never went back! After today..I will be back! This store is not big by any means, but it was clean and had friendly and speedy quick service. William and Cassidy were both super sweet and got the orders perfect. Food was hot, fresh, Delicious! Treat yourself today, and don’t forget that side of tasty tots!

I’m a Colorado boy living in California now, so I grew up on Quizno’s but had to watch countless locations close in the Bay Area and along the I-80 corridor due to a decline in quality and sales. I’ve ordered the Traditional for 30 years.
This Reno location served me up the best Traditional I’ve ever had in my life, lemme tell ya. Major props to the handsome Indian dude working the joint who made this all possible. He’s probably the franchise owner. Watching him make my sandwich felt like being in a commercial. I half expected the spongemonkeys to come out of nowhere singing about the pepper bar. I haven’t gotten that excited watching meat laid out nicely on a set of buns since, well, this morning. It’s the closest I’ve ever been to a religious experience. The place was nice and clean, too!

Order the chicken carbonara and add the Chipotle mayo and barbecue sauce plus whatever sides you like (lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, jalapenos, etc)
