What a wonderful experience. I ordered 8 meals at 11:20 and the staff were so helpful and informative. The food turned out incredible, I mean OUT OF THIS WORLD incredible. The food for 8 people took 25 minutes to cook during a lunch rush. Wally was making my chicken sandwiches and told me we would not finish any of them because they were so big, and he was right. Everyone loved their food AND had leftovers. One of the best parts was the fair price of each sandwich. The store was clean and felt inviting. Not a single complaint about the whole experience.
I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to feed a group of people. Or yourself. Please eat here.

My husband found Wally’s on social media as a Gluten Free restaurant! We went in for a late lunch today around 1pm. They serve a regular and GF menu. The staff was very friendly and patient and answered all our questions regarding the GF food and other dietary restrictions my husband has.
The food was amazing! It had amazing flavor, was fresh, served warm, and great portion sizes for the cost! The owners were very friendly and had a lovely conversation with us about them offering GF food.
We got the 4pc dark with coleslaw and a 5pc tender with fries. 10/10. The owner is also very knowledgeable about safety and cross contamination so he can keep the GF customers safe and give them delicious food choices!

Food came out so fresh and so fast! Best tenders and sandwich we’ve had! Portions are large, and the ranch is 10/10! The chicken is so juicy and crunchy! HIGHLY recommend! Spent less than $18 on this!

I came for the chicken and they delivered! My husband and I shared the four piece mixed. Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw.
The chicken was prepared perfectly and made to order. They don’t make ahead of time and let it sit under a light. It’s crisp and crunchy yet moist on the inside. Not greasy- Very tasty! Everything else was good- All served hot- Packed up carefully- unlike many other places that serve chicken as carry out, they know how to package it so that it doesn’t get soggy- A 15 minute drive home and the chicken was still hot and crisp- The sides are also reasonably sized-A small is enough for my husband and I to share- for the price, I wish the slices of cake were a little larger
In our next visit, I’m going to try the chicken tenders or the shrimp-

I’m so glad I found Wally’s Chicken in Livonia! The broasted chicken is perfectly crispy and juicy, some of the best I’ve had. Prices are super affordable too, especially the 50-piece wings for just $45, which is perfect for parties or family meals.
They’re 100% Zabiha halal and even have a full gluten-free menu, which is a huge bonus! I also love their $5 lunch specials, great value and great flavor. I’m already planning to use them for catering for upcoming events because the food and pricing are unmatched.
Definitely a hidden gem in Livonia. Highly recommend!

I have celiac and this is the best fried chicken I have had since being diagnosed (and maybe even before)- the breading is amazing, the portions are huge, and the potato wedges are incredible. Try the gluten free shawarma too! The spices, garlic sauce and pickles are so good, it is really the ultimate comfort food. I just got one of their salads and the portions are big enough to last 3 days and the ingredients are so fresh it makes up for all the fried items I’ve been eating . They are really knowledgeable of celiac and accommodating of food allergies so I feel safe eating there. They are a new favorite!

This place is amazing! They have a separate menu for gluten-free food and a dedicated kitchen area. The owner -Wally- was very kind. He walked up to each table and asked how everyone’s meal was. I had the gluten-free deluxe chicken sandwich. It comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and cheese. Then for dessert I had their GF chocolate chip cookie. It was so good! I will definitely be back!

Update Sept 2025. I stopped in to try the chicken strips and fries and the chicken shawarma lunch special. The fries were good but the chicken strips were kind of bland and tough and dry. The chicken shawarma wrap had a small black rock-like object in it, luckily I didn’t break a tooth. It also tasted a bit off, and I ended up puking about 15 mins after eating it. I suspect something was spoiled. Suffice to say I can’t recommend this establishment.

The potato wedges had a big portion but were super bland and over cooked, would not recommend. Coleslaw was ok, kind of on the small portion size compared to other chicken places. Biscuit was average. I thought it was odd that they wouldn’t let me get French fries with bone in chicken meals, only with other combos?. Prices are about average. Service was good.

I drove from Canton to take their meals. I have been a fan of the classic chicken sandwich, tenders, and catfish. I don’t think Anyone in the area can beat their prices or quality. This lovely food shop is run by a father and son putting their heart into it. I strongly suggest trying their classic spicy chicken sandwich, tenders, and catfish. Their special flavoring is out of this world
