Door says they open at 11 AM. It’s 12:30 PM. Door was locked and there was a lady inside who saw me trying to come in. I’ll never recommend this location it is always an issue.

Very overpriced I should have checked the reviews first. Also from what I heard while waiting for my ice cream, the old woman who works there was being so rude to the younger ladies who were working, I was shocked that she would be so unprofessional. (The younger ladies being very sweet and helpful) I’m not surprised they always have a hiring sign in the window.

Loved their Mangonada. It is topped with a Tajin Candy which was soooo gooood! They have an amazing variety of icecreams. A lot of snacks are available too. Definitely a go to place for Spring and Summer! Love how wide their menu is.

I came to this location 2 days ago and got elotes for my whole family of 6- the girls that took our order then took great care of us and my family liked it so i brought them today and ordered LARGE cups of elotes for each-
The place was packed of people and the owner was there. A new girl took our order and the manager was instructing her how to do our order. Once i get my elote i mixed it and 1/3 of the cup was empty LOL nbd. so i asked who i assumed was the owner if she could fill it up please (i hadn’t even taken a bite) la señora muy tacaña se puso sus moños y me dijo que no literally looking at my cup missing hella elote lmfao. ——- my mom who was next to me said “llénele la copa yo se lo pago, cual es el problema?” The lady basically started fighting w me in Spanish saying how you need space to add the ingredients over explaining as if i didn’t understand why she had to leave 1/3rd of the cup empty lololol then she basically said that she couldn’t charge to fill it up, i’d have to buy a whole new cup. Mi mama was like si ombre cobre otro- y le da el dinero a la cajera. y la señora todavia me da un vaso de puro elote sin NADA. Like bro…. How are you gonna charge me a whole new cup of elote without the ingredients lmfao que verguenza agena la verdad con todos sus clientes que estaban ahi. y la señora haciendo sus panchos peleando como si nosotras le estuvieramos pidiendo por mas de lo que es…. Muy mal de parte de usted porq ni siquiera le fuimos confrontivas y le compramos una orden grande. Espero le sirva de karma por hacer nuestra experiencia rancia y aprenda a tener mejor servicio al cliente en el futuro.

I went in last Monday , a girl sneezed and did not wash her hands after she touched her nose!!! I should probably did said something to her but didn’t wanted to be a Karen because I thought it wasn’t that serious but at the same time it’s kinda disgusting and gross when making food or icecream this place should do more better and better nicer employee if you are sick stay home then touching people food that you are making!!! you are making your customer sick aren’t you embarrassed right after you touched your nose and still continue making customer icecream?? when full people are in front of you watching you… not coming to this place ever agian I felt gross.

So storytime, I wanted to experience a corn in a cup. I’ve had them in the neighborhood on the south side of Chicago. I’m 100% Mexican and I know the difference between corn out of a can and corn from the cob. The girl swore that it was not from a can. To my distraught, it was from the can so the fact that it wasn’t authentic, $18 later for two small cups of corn and a cup of watermelon. Be aware if you don’t want authentic, come here. Girls were also very standoffish and not welcoming at all.

So we walked in to place an order, look at menu to decide what to order. All this time there was no acknowledgement or interest on attending us to take order. I walked over to place order and there’s was a couple infront of us. After they were attended and moved away we stepped up to counter and the server turned her back and walked away not saying a thing to us, she washed her hands and after she proceeded to walk away to the other side of counter not even turning back to acknowledge us waiting even tho she looked at us. Nobody out of the 4 or 6 servers said a thing to welcome us or take order or atleast say be with you in a minute. This is the second time this happen. We walked out because, 10 min waiting for nothing is not good business in my opinion. Will not be going back to be treated this way.
