Stopped for a quick bite on a Saturday morning and will definitely be going back! Plenty of seating both inside and out, and I loved how it was decorated with local artwork for sale.
Service was a tiny bit slow – not sure if it’s usually like that or maybe it was a newer staff member, so just have your patience pants on.
The coffee was great and I loved the mug they served it in. The chocolate croissant was delicious and my only suggestion would be to have the option of having it warmed up.
Otherwise I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu!

All is good the chef who makes soup and sandwiches is great. Very formal and pleasant. The owner seems grumpy not sure why they opened another place hopefully doing well. I get doing that is not easy but a choice to make more money. The other lady working there never smiles as though can’t wait to be done. I get that its gets old but thats how I tip and usually give a good one.

Went and 2 weeks ago for lunch with a friend.
I got a caramel macchiato and the apple butter French toast. The coffee was great, and the food fantastic.
3 thick pcs of toast, it was like a cinnamon swirl bread, each pc had the apple butter (like a thick apple sauce with chunks of apple), and powdered sugar. It didn’t need syrup but it came with a small container.
There is limited seating, a couple bench style in the back, tables with chairs (which we personally didn’t care for, a little uncomfortable), and bar seating inside. Indoor table seating is a bit tight. I felt a little cramped.
There’s a covered entryway to the full building, there’s a few tables there, but it’s much cooler.
Order at the counter, they bring you food to you. I didn’t try the bakery items, but it all looked amazing!
Clean bathroom
Overall, I’d definitely go back, but I might get it go vs sitting to eat.

I don’t want to tell you how fantastic this place is because selfishly I always want to be able to find a seat here when I go. Everything is wonderful. I brought my parents, brought my kids, and brought my husband and we all loved it. Could be my favorite culinary and coffee spot closest to my home. Poached egg A++ Pastries and buttery and delish! Coffee was low acid but strong. So good! Charming and the owner spent a minute chatting with us. Big yes from me! #CIA92

I had a delightful experience at Sugar and Flour Bakery in Greendale! My daughter ordered a cinnamon roll and I got a cup of tea, and both were absolutely wonderful.
The cinnamon roll was perfectly baked — HUGE, soft, fluffy, and generously swirled with cinnamon goodness. The icing was just the right balance of sweet without being overwhelming. My daughter said it was the best she ever had. Loved my cup of tea, and glad I chose the option that the employee recommended, the rose white tea.
The atmosphere inside was cozy and inviting, with a charming, small-town vibe that made me want to linger longer. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right.
I’ll definitely be back to try more of their treats, as everything is housemade. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I havent dined in here for their full breakfast offerings yet, but I would go so far as to say the best pastries in the Milwaukee area. Definitely worth the trip to downtown Greendale!

What a gem! This cute little shop made custom cookies for my son’s first birthday. I sent an inspo pic and they were even cuter than I could’ve imagined!!! They did an incredible job and they were so delicious! Very fast responses and packaging was perfect!

Delicious baked goods! Chicken club sandwich was juicy, and the fresh baked bread was yummy! Though a bit pricey, I would say it’s worth a try. The shop is really quaint and cute. A nice atmosphere to hang out or go on a relaxed date. Would recommend to give it a try.

Great variety of food and drinks!! Wow!! I came here on a whim today and am soo impressed. The bacon, egg, tomato was SO good. The bread was buttered/toasted to PERFECTION! They do have a small gluten free choice of cookies! My only suggestion would be to add gluten free bread option for the sandwiches but I will be back!!

The place is super cute, and a lot bigger on the inside and the menu is pretty good. The have breakfast 8-2, and lunch is at 11, and the coffee and drinks are good. I got a lemonade and it was tart which is nice. There is also outdoor seating too. The staff is friendly and there are restrooms inside as well 🙂
