I had to stop and get some gas. It was late about 11:15 p.m. Ashley was an absolutely great help. She is very polite, well mannered, and respectful. When I asked her what food is good for a late night snack she suggested a few things that she likes and she was right they have pretty good food options. Overall I would recommend you visit this Wawa. It was clean, well organized and easy to find everything. And overall great customer service with Ashley. We need more people like her in this world. She’s a great asset to have at the Wawa.

I’m local to this Wawa so I find myself here frequently. Cashiers are always super kind, they are the only reason I even put ANY stars. Every time I order food here, I have to keep my fingers crossed. Hoping I got what I payed for.. today I attempted to order a tomato soup, kids grilled cheese, and a chicken wrap with bacon I payed extra for. Came in store to pick up my order the women in the kitchen both rudely exclaim in sync “no tomato soup” I was immediately disappointed because this was one of the rare times I saw it as an option to order (I swear it’s only in stock like once a week). So I got chicken noodle instead and the two woman sat there talking very aggressively to each other and glaring back at me. I couldn’t understand what they were saying but it was pretty evident they were talking about me.. After about 10 minutes of standing there for the pick up order I made in advance, the woman finally leaves the conversation to scoop the chicken noodle soup I told her I would take as a replacement 10 minutes ago. Such a joke.. oh, and remember that grilled cheese and chicken wrap from earlier? The grilled cheese had to have been microwaved.. It was consumed within five minutes of being picked up and the cheese AND bread was rock hard. I never got the bacon I paid for on my chicken wrap either. There was maybe only one other person waiting for something at the time I arrived and I believe it was a drink order. If you’ve read this far.. my point is this location sucks real bad if you’re hungry. Unreliable as heck.

The most inconvenient convenience store on the planet is Wawa. Constantly have beer locked up like it’s Fort Knox and never an employee around to open it up so you can just get it. Why don’t you just stop selling it? Cause God forbid somebody steals a 40. Don’t know how every other store in the world figured this out and Wawa can’t.

Earlier this evening I got a my regular wrap like i usually do, and I ate the first half fine but then i got to the second half and there was a METAL SCREW in my food about an inch long which i bit and immediately spit all of it out. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?! My tooth is now in pain thank god
it didn’t chip and i didn’t swallow it whole. I’m so disappointed as a long term customer. I got refunded for 6 dollars only… This is disappointing and i will never return to this location ever and this will be my last experience with wawa as a whole. I hope no one ever has to experience this again.

Thank you for the coldest, most disgusting cup of coffee that was supposed to be hot (08/16/2025). The current staff is useless. Doesn’t take any pride in their work and shows no concern for basic responsibilities. Daniella is miserable when dealing with customers. It’s easy to understand why she doesn’t want to wear the Wawa name tag on the standard employee shirt. This is done to prevent complaints which can correctly identify Daniella by name. Best use of her time would be cleaning up the store because plenty of that is needed. The “invisible” Manager who thinks their job is to hide in the breakroom is the reason for repeat poor experiences. An attentive Manager is needed on the sales floor who can take corrective action while guiding staff and improving operations. Every Wawa receipt has a code for a survey to provide feedback. The feedback submission form asks if you’d like to get a response back from Wawa, which was answered “YES”. Since they made the decision to not bother reaching out to me, now they can have the 1-star review they’ve earned also aired publicly.

Since there aren’t any Wawa’s back home in GA I always make sure to stop in at one when I’m traveling. I picked up some Wawa lemonades and road snacks before fueling up for my ten hour drive. The cashier was helpful and friendly.

The workers are extremely slow and do not care about the wait of the customers. There was one woman making the drinks who kept laughing and dilly dallying. I waited half an hour for something that should’ve taken 5 minutes.
