I ordered a pizza for pickup.. get there.. they gave me a calzone. Didn’t realize it till I got home. So I call them. They’re like “oh yea he has the other order.” Then proceed to ask me to bring it back to them.. so they can give me the correct pizza… like… what… they should be delivering my pizza free of cost. Not to mention. Calzones are $12. The pizza I pad for was $23

We ordered delivery pizza and were super happy with the delivery and the food. Delivery was in point and the lady who delivered was happy and just such a sweetheart when handing over our food. The pizza was great, toppings were plentiful and sauce and crust were on point. We ordered a veggie pizza and a chicken bacon ranch pizza. This is our new place.

This place is amazing. We’ve ordered from them many times and their pizza is fantastic everytime. On a Friday it is busier just a heads up! We ordered a stuffed pizza today and it did take awhile to get here but they were so nice on the phone and when they showed up. And the stuffed pizza is crazy good!!! Best pizza we have found in the york haven/Manchester area. And during the week they are super fast! Oh and the best part YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE. Best idea ever!

Mandy at this shop was amazing!!
I accidentally ordered to another store and she offered to call the other location and explain so I wouldn’t have to feel embarrassed, then she and her team filled my order in 15 minutes. She WALKED it to my car and was so kind!
10/10 experience (besides my large mistake)
AND 10/10 pizza quality!! I got the gluten free pizza and it is the greatest pizza I have ever had!! Amazing choice

The food was so delicious, the staff were amazing, we brought a crew of special needs students in for lunch and they were so accomodatibg and kind and patient with us! I hadn’t been here fir 10 years because our experience then was poor. Now, I am thrilled to report that this is my new favorite Manchester restaurant. I recommend the Bavarian ham and cheese boli with a side of honey mustard!

Absolutely amazing food! We love the sauce in all the pizzas and recommend any of the pretzelized calzones- our favorite is the cheesesteak! Delivery was on time or early and they were willing to be flexible with our order. Trying the stuffed meatlovers pizza today

This is absolutely, unequivocally, unapologetically my fayvrit Pizza shop in PA, so far . Yes, I am serious ..I lose sleep at night..dreaming of their pizza and luscious crust. I only touch their Bavarian-Pizza specialties. I had the BuffaLLo chicken Pizza and the Dutch special.
Unbelievably delicious is a literal understatement of how scrumptious(yes, I said it) is really is. Do not hesitate, lollygag, or procrastinate about getting you a pie from Parma. Salute to the Chef!

Being from Brooklyn NY i think I know good pizza. Out of the 100 pizza places around Manchester lol. Parma has the best pie for sure. Decent prices also.
