I stopped by this bagel shop in the morning because I was craving a bagel after being across the street dropping off a package. I found parking in the small lot this store is in and went inside. They have a drive thru here but there was already a lot of cars in line. I didn’t see any blueberry bagel on display so I thought they sold out already but when the lady came to the register, she told me they have everything here. So I got two blueberry bagel and asked for cream cheese. The cream cheese price is almost the same price as the bagel. I also forgot that most bagel places will add a lot of cream cheese on the bagel if you don’t ask for it on the side and that’s what happen. They took a long time to get my order ready, I think they focus more on the drive thru and online orders first or they were already backed up with orders. The inside of this store is spacious and has a lot of seating, they even have seating outside too. I took the bagel back to the office and ate it there. The bagel was alright to me but I did not like the big amount of cream cheese they put and I could barely taste any blueberry on the bagel.

We have going to Get Hooked for awhile now and let’s just say we are not hooked!! The coffee has been very inconsistent and our order is wrong 80% of the time. We picked up food today and it was wrong again. I feel if you are going to over price the food the order should atleast be right. The staff is always nice but have issues with the orders. I order two different sizes of the same coffee and its was completely to different colors. Its not that hard! Safe to say its time to move on and I suggest you do the same.

This is my third time coming here.
First contact – After passing jack in the crack, I glimmered at a possibility… then proceeded to Mickey D’s.
First time – I was excited for my food after reading the menu I felt right at home ( you’ll know what I mean ). As I lounged with a few locals waiting for Malibu and Calabasas to be ready. It was amazing.
2nd time – Ordered the hidden hills, lmao. One of the best people I met was was Jewish shout out to Jeff Rinkovv
3rd time – Finally ordered the valley since I was born their and this might be my favorite. Wish I could add some chicken or something though. I’d call it, pulp fiction. 😉
Now I don’t have to go to jack in the crack or mikky ds any longer.

Very cute place with friendly staff, and I don’t mind paying higher prices for quality. But unfortunately, the sandwiches were really disappointing. The bagels were flat, which suggests the baking process or recipe isn’t being followed properly. As a result, the sandwiches just didn’t taste good. It feels like taste isn’t being prioritized, and that’s a dealbreaker for me. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

We had an excellent first time experience here. Everyone was friendly and helpful even though they were quite busy. The bagels and cream cheese were delicious, perfectly toasted and with generous portion of spread. My London Fog (earl grey with vanilla) was delicious and appeared to have real vanilla in the syrup. What a wonderful, small business!

Overall not impressed. I got a Get Hooked Bagel Sandwich with sausage…and I’m not hooked on it. The sandwich was large, but not large enough to justify the high price. The taste was mediocre, and the bagel itself was very dry which made the sandwich not enjoyable to eat. Would go somewhere else for breakfast/brunch.
