We ordered a pizza tonight, they told us delivery time was approximately 35 min
After an hour we called the store back and they told us the pizza had just left. When we asked if the pizza would still be fresh she said it had been sitting under the heat lamp all this time. She refused to give a discount. The driver was still another 30 min. Before arriving to our house. We live in the city limits ( not 10 min. away). I did not accept the pizza nor did I pay for it. We went to little Caesars we were back home in 25 min. and paid 5.00 less. So little Caesars from now on.

Ordered here many times and every single time I order a bacon pizza it looks like it’s just been thrown in the middle of the pizza. Never feels like the bottom is cooked long enough. Middle of the pizza is always soggy. Done ordering here even with papa dough, just not worth it. I’ll pay extra and order through royal pizza from now on.

I will never order Papa John’s again. This store was horrible. The lady at cashier was so rude and everyone looked like they were on something. I couldn’t get out of there faster!

You need new staff!
I was visiting my friend and we decided to get Papa John’s for your Papa Bowls. I WAS AT THE HOUSE AND WATCHED THE ORDER GET PLACED! TWICE!!
My friend went through the drive through to pick up the order and was told “No order under that name.” I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HIM!! He left the drive through and waited at Walmart as a SECOND ORDER was placed.
I WATCHED IT BE PLACED AND THE PHONE WAS ON SPEAKER.
This time, my friend went inside. The employees were already smirking and laughing. He asked at the register for “Order for ______.” And again, “There’s no order for that name.” AGAIN WITH A SMIRK!
These were two males:
Long hair on one that looked a mess, and the other with a beard that (according to another review) most likely ended up in your food.
CLOSE THIS STORE if you won’t manage your staff better.
Papa John’s is a FANTASTIC company.
These 2 employees just put myself, 2 friends, and ALL 3 kids (2 teenagers & 2 foodies) OFF Papa John’s COMPLETELY.

Just in case you have the nerve of your employees and think the wrong location was called. Note the times; over an hour and a half before 6 people ate dinner from your competitor.

Save your money they can’t do anything right. Last two orders I got a meats substitute sausage for italian sausage, it was wrong both times and this time found a huge beard hair in my pizza how convenient that half the guys in the store had beards papa John’s has gone down hill they used to take pride in their food and customer service now you can’t even talk to an American at the store the call gets routed to India.
